Very sorry to hear about your dissatisfied comments experienced during your stay. Firstly, we are checking the source from where u read about our hotel providing Kiehls. We have long since stopped the supply for our guest rooms. Perhaps the information was still displayed in some online channels, which we apologised that the facts are obsolete. As for the noise you experienced, we could have changed your room if you shared with your butler about your discomfort. Generally, in Bali, there is a certain level of road traffic/noise, to counter that, our rooms are sound proofed & double insulated. Which minimises noise levels. We are an all butler hotel and trust this personalised service can well elevate our service and engagement to guests, amidst the point that we are a petite boutique luxury property, unique on our own and non comparable to others.
