一贯Richmond水准，房间不大，设施齐备。相比从地图看，实际位置原来比车站或主要商业区较远，推大型行李的旅客要注意。

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking your time to share your experience at Richmond Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin. Our rooms are well-equipped with TV set that provides programs in English, Korean, and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), LAN, Wi-Fi, humidifier, and many others. They are all free. We have variety of toiletries as well. You will feel comfortable with those things in Moderate Room (18 square meters), Corner Double (20 square meters), Deluxe Double (26 square meters), Twin (27 square meters), or Richmond Twin (30 square meters).
If you get on the subway at the airport, and get it off at Tenjin which is the nearest station from the hotel you are required to walk about 10 minutes along with the underground shopping mall. However, if you choose the Nishitetsu airport bus at the airport, and get it off at the nearest bus stop waling distance can be minimized to about 5 minutes.

位于天神三越百货傍的酒店，坐高速去近郊或市内巴士去各地方都很方便，酒店门前不远有巴士站，附近的景点也是一两个站可到达。房间细但整洁，员工份外有礼貌，要值得一提！

We hope that you had nice stay at our hotel.
As you have found this time we are located downtown of big city of Fukuoka. There is any place where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and etc. around us. In Tenjin area we have convenient access of public transportation, such as Fukuoka City Subway bound for JR Hakata Station and Fukuoka International Airport, Nisitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line bound for Dazaifu Shrine, and Nishitetsu Bus connected with hundreds of destinations inside and outside Fukuoka.
Please feel free to ask us, if you have any questions during your stay.

服务、房间品质、地点皆属中上。并无哪里有特别突出之处，唯一特别棒的是八楼有微波炉可以使用很方便，其余部分没有甚么不好的地方。

Dear Guest,
Thank you for staying with us, and for sharing your review on Richmond Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin.
As you have explained there is a microwave oven on the 8th floor. You may feel free to use it whenever it is available.
There are also vending machines for both alcoholic and soft drinks and ice dispenser in the hotel.
In guest room probably you have found items such as trouser presser, air purifier (liquid), humidifier combined with air cleaner, refrigerator, TV set that English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese speaking programs can be watched.
With those facilities and hospitality we always welcome guests from home and abroad.
If you have opportunity of visiting Fukuoka again please choose us again.
If you have any inquiries do not hesitate to contact us any time.

饭店离地下街很近,而地下街有很长一段,如果是下雨天更是逛街好地方,但相对来说,如果是坐地铁来,就要走很长一段地下街才会抵达饭店,饭店的对面有药妆店,后面也有唐吉轲德,整理算是便利

人员：人员应对得宜，英文可以沟通
周边设施：从车站过来会经过超市及便利商店,附近还有yotobasi,生活机能相当方便

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback about Richmond Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin.
As you have found this time we are in very center of Fukuoka which has population of about 1,500,000.
There are a few a places, such as restaurants, shops, department stores. Of course, there are many convenience stores which help you buy foods or drinks so easily.
We have very good access of tranportation. If you come from the airport it takes about 40 minutes by subway. If you come from JR Hakata Station (the central station of Fukuoka) it takes about 20 minutes.
In such an rich environment we are making streneous efforts to improve quality of service toward guests.
If you have any inquiries feel free to contact us any time.

房间比较狭小，厕所抽风好像出了问题，感觉通风比较差，要长开空气清新机。
交通还算方便，乘地铁到天神站，要走一段长长的天神地下街，十分钟便抵酒店。比较方便的还是乘坐巴士，酒店外就有巴士站，到博多站的车次非常频密。
酒店服务不过不失，唯英文能力比较弱。

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your feedback of your recent stay at Richmond Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin. We deeply apologize for your discomfort in using the bathroom, and communicating with the receptionists in English.
We have determined to deodorize bathroom completely every time we clean up room.
At the reception there are some staffs who speak English fluently. They will definitely help you adequately if you come over here again. In general we are trying to improve our communication ability in English with guests from overseas. Do not hesitate to speak to us even from now. If you permit we may ask the professional interpreters of the prefecture who interprets 16 languages to Japanese and vice versa over telephone.
As you found this time we are in the rich environment where lots of shops, stores, restaurants are very close from here.
We certainly look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
