住: 酒店为大使会员 升级至角房 。 窗外大街景色宜人 房内宁静 毫无喧哗 。 因为不设酒廊 所以Mini Bar 对会员免费 。 瑞吉mini bar 提供高质量小食果仁和酒 对北美飞来旅行的时差党来说 堪比雪中送炭
食: 酒店早餐质量不错 只是选择较少 几天以后容易乏味 银制茶具很棒 配合餐厅的高雅经典设计 适合朋友聚会
行: 就在心斋桥旁边 地铁也非常便利
服务: 称心如意 我有请她们帮忙寄礼物给朋友 从礼物包装, 选择卡片 到邮寄快递 一切都妥妥的 为瑞吉的专业服务 点赞
我们是在新冠肺炎疫情开始紧张的时候入住这家酒店,因我们是取消了原有的一些旅行计划临时改为到访大阪,所以所以大部分行程都是在我们到达大阪后通过酒店来安排的。员工们给了我非常多的建议,尤其是礼宾部的Mr. Matsu介绍了很好的餐厅, 令我们在充满不确定的旅途中得到了安慰. 我相信下次到访大阪时仍会入住这家酒店, 也希望在能得到Matstu San推荐餐厅.
一般的很和其它城市的瑞吉相比并不出色,餐饮供选择的很少 房间老旧不说 而且卫生也不十分满意。待客之道总觉得缺少点,比如瓶装水太少
