如果你读过我的评论,你一定知道我对水星酒店的评价一直不高,我个人认为它是雅高酒店集团最差的连锁品牌。由于雅高品牌酒店在东京繁华地带的选择较少,我只好随便订了一家(好在该酒店提供了含早的优惠价),我的期望值并不高。然而事实证明我错了!这里的员工热情、友好、有求必应,这里的客房整洁干净,装饰奇特(你所期望的东京风格),客房设施一应俱全(他们提供咖啡和茶,浴衣和拖鞋,冰箱里还放了水)。唯一美中不足的是狭窄过时的浴室,看上去就像是个胶囊,我认为他们除非全部拆除重装,否则几乎没有改进的余地,不过浴室非常干净,还提供了足够的浴室用品。早餐很好,他们提供东方和西方的热餐和冷餐,餐食种类非常丰富。总体而言这是家非常好的酒店,如果我再次来到东京,我很乐意再次入住这家酒店。强烈推荐!

我和丈夫昨天入住,办理手续很愉快。晚上我们打电话给前台,告诉他们空调不太好用,太热了。我们被告知等一会儿,因为降温需要时间。我们等了一个小时,没有好转。所以我们又打电话,被告知他们没什么能做的,所有的房间都是这样!?工作人员告诉我们,他们有一个风扇,我们等风扇被送来,但直到我们再次打电话之前都没有人来,工作人员又说没有风扇!!!一个工作人员来告诉我们没有风扇,什么也做不了,建议我们换房,已经过了午夜了!这太荒谬了!和我们早些时候被告知所有房间的温度都一样时是矛盾的!!!!!除了空调问题外,这个房间只进行了半翻新。厕所没有翻新,也不干净!在过去的四年里,我和丈夫每年都住在这家酒店。服务从不优秀,只算能接受。但这次是在这家酒店最糟糕的体验!

Our room preparation, explanation and behavior were not appropriate for your stay. Providing a comfortable environment for the guests is very basic but we were not able to do so. It is embarrassing. We need to take immediate action to improve these points.
Regarding the cleaning of the bathroom, it is also unfortunate that it made you disappointed. I will share your comments with our team and work hard to improve it.

我们预定了一个预付费的房间,比预约的时间晚了一个小时到达。当我们到达后,却因为时差的原因,被失望的告知并没有房间留给我们,于是我们两个人就在他们拥挤吵杂的大厅里等着。像日本的很多酒店一样,他们的房间也很小,这虽然是在预料之中的,但我们房间的家具和他们网站上的宣传图并不一样,像是被塞在了一个更小的房间中。我觉得他们网站上的图片是有误导性的,至少对于我们的房间是这样。另一个挑战是,根本没有地方打开行李,如果住一晚上还好,如果想要多住几晚,就必须打开行李了。我宁愿没有冰箱,也希望有更多的地方能挂衣服。

酒店位置非常好,服务人员非常棒,无论是前台还是酒吧人员,很棒的时光。但是,他们为了节省钱,不允许你调低太多空调的温度。我的房间空气比较清新而且不冷。每天晚上都汗流浃背,非常不舒服。
