在checkout的前天晚上，我咨询了酒店如何去Narita airport方便。酒店给我的答复是做Next JR最方便，不建议做shuttle bus。但是第二天一早(比航班早4小时)我就去Tokyo station坐JR，才被告知JR停运了，只能改其他方式。假如我没有预留足够的时间的话，我就赶不上飞机了。
在这样的情况下，酒店不能很准确的告诉客人交通方式，对于客人来说会带来很大的不便和损失。离开酒店，就再也没有想住下一次的期待。

这家酒店非常雅致，但是却让我感觉很舒服，很受重视，像在家一样。服务无可挑剔--所有的工作人员都友好而体贴。从入住到退房体验都棒极了（我们可以坐在舒适的休息区等待他们为我们办理入住，而不是站在前台等待）。酒店的水疗很棒，健身房设备精良，酒店很漂亮，房间的风景很棒，服务是一流的。
