Our housekeeping staff always check all the rooms with DD cards (don`t disturb cards) again before finishing their shift to make sure our guest did not change their mind about cleaning the rooms. We are sincerely sorry that this time they overlooked your room.
We wish you would have directly contact our front desk staff about your housekeeping request, so we could arrange the housekeeping at the most suitable time for you.
Thanks to your review, we can pay attention to various aspect of our hotels which might not fully satisfy our guests needs. As a general manager, I have personally addressed this issue with our housekeeping staff to ensure this will not happen again.
I appreciate that we cannot get it right all of the time but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify it during the guests stay, to ensure that they leave us feeling happy and satisfied.
