The team sincerely thanks you for your special mention for our convenient location to Legoland. We are currently working on plans for a major revamp of the breakfast service. Admittedly, being a newly opened property in a new area, there have been some challenges which we are working on continually to improve. We hope that our improvement initiatives will enhance our resident's dining and overall stay experience. Please kindly allow us to clarify that for the security and privacy of our residents, commercial photography is not allowed without prior written approval from the management. We sincerely apologise if our staff had not clarified with you more clearly and we will brief and provide further guidance for all staff members with regards to this.

离乐高乐园步行五分钟，地理位置相当便利。
服务热情，宾至如归。
床单被套有明显污渍，怀疑上个客人使用后未更换，且入住的三天内都没有更换过。卫生存疑。
房间贴士： 主卧空调制冷效果不行

我们已经人订了三间房间的公寓，等了一个小时多才可以check in ,过后要求late check out 一个小时也被员工拒绝。因为餐厅装修所以酒店用grab and go 的方式让我们把食物带进房间享用，这个我们明白但是食物也给得太少了，小孩也之有一小盒的麦片饼和小杯鲜奶。大人的是牛肉三文治或者spaghetti或者粥，然后咖啡或juice 还有两粒蛋或者cereal milk ,实在很失望。酒店泳池不错但是泳池旁只有一间厕所可以沐浴还有一间厕所是太肮脏到我们不敢上。基本上酒店房间床和设施都不错但是员工素质有待改进。

近乐高乐园，大楼下有便利商店可买些食物回饭店小厨房料理，又有客厅餐桌，有家的感觉，整体是舒适的住房体验

房间干净舒适。安全性和工作人员都很棒！但是早餐还可以再好点。就算餐厅在装修，但是Grab & Go的早餐也确实是一个减分项...食物淡而无味，分量也很小。

房间比较大，有厨房，没有提供浴巾，后来叫服务员送过来的。到达的时候餐厅在装修，希望下次入住的时候可以装修好了。
