我和我的女朋友在古巴上了一个外科课程,我们在里维埃拉待了三个星期。(这是)经过漫长一天的工作或参观城市后休息的好地方。游泳池区是一个很好的地方,可以观赏马勒孔的风景,享受阳光。工作人员非常友好。早餐时,(提供)水果的女士和煎蛋卷的女士都很友好。特别感谢Ivis和Rosana,这两位公关女士为我们提供了我们所需要的一切。餐馆很好,是吃饭的好地方。我是L'Aiglon,想对Francisco和Jose说,谢谢你们把我们招待得这么好。我们非常享受在那里的时光,为此我们向大家推荐这家酒店。

里维埃拉是上世纪50年代标志性的哈瓦那酒店,至少部分资金来自美国黑帮迈耶兰斯基。与隔壁的科Melia Cohiba旅馆相比,它虽然很旧,但却有更多的风格。是的,大堂和游泳池看起来有点过时,但我更愿意助在这里,而不是在Cohiba。自助早餐很好。我的房间非常漂亮,从那里可以看到通往哈瓦那老城的美丽景色。

发现这家酒店的历史很有意思。房间舒适。酒店经理很乐于助人,试着用英语沟通,这点在古巴不是很常见。唯一不开心的是我的钱包放在大堂沙发上被偷了,就10分钟的时间。保安建议查看监控(很清晰),但拍不到那个区域。有点奇怪。这给我们的旅行添上了很不好的一笔。这家酒店位于马勒孔,离市中心很近。附近有很多很棒的咖啡店。距离旧哈瓦那城只有一小段的距离。像其他人说的那样,大堂没有空调,所以酒吧区域待得不是很舒服。

房间很干净,有空调。现代浴室。大堂和电梯没有空调,只能在大堂里使用WiFi。并且是按使用付费。餐厅有空调,但你当然得买些东西。游泳池是最令人失望的,它早就应该重新设计。瓷砖正在脱落,游泳池底部的铁锈清晰可见。在俱乐部的房子里,干净的毛巾都用完了。水太咸了,不可能游泳,但是浮起来很容易。一定要在街上走五分钟到当地的餐馆吃饭。这食物的价格太高了,没有那么好。

Thank you very much for choosing to stay at our Habana Riviera.
It is rewarding to read you were able to enjoy our clean rooms and its modern bathrooms. But, we deeply regret to read other services were not as you expected.
We were surprised to read your comment about our saltwater pools. As always at Iberostar our guests comfort and well-being is our priority, therefore following extensive research we have opted to use salt water in some of our pools as our aim is to minimize the use of chemical agents to maintain good quality water and thus decrease not only the environmental impact but also the problems and irritations common with chlorine treated pools. For example irritated eyes and skin even lung irritation and asthma-like symptoms.The main benefit of salt-water pools is the lack of side effects often associated with traditionally chlorinated pools. Despite, first impressions, the salt water we use is not exactly like the sea because the concentration of salt is much lower and usually irritates the eyes less than chlorine. Nevertheless, as complete customer satisfaction is our aim, we have passed your comments on to the correct department. We regret the inconvenience caused.
Once again we thank you for reaching out to us to notify us of your concerns and although it would appear that this was not the perfect fit for your travel party, we very much hope you will join us at one of our hotels on your next holiday.
