位置！位置！位置！

这个度假村并不适合所有人，它有点孤零零的，需要搭船才能到达。这有好也有不好的地方。这个华丽的度假村被石灰岩山环绕，漂亮的大海就在眼前。坐小船去岛上的旅程增加了刺激感。然而在繁忙时段，傍晚时分，当所有参加白天旅行的人都回到了码头，等待着上船并且能有个位子，这个时候问题就来了。森塔拉需要在繁忙的时段安排更多的船只。而且码头和小船并不能抵挡恶劣的天气，下雨的时候你和你的行李就会都淋湿了。这点需要指出。但总体来说，这个壮丽的度假酒店非常的棒，我很愿意再回到那里。强烈推荐！

I appreciate your suggestions with regards to the boat operation and I am pleased to inform you that we are currently testing our new boat, specifically designed for this purpose, which is more comfortable and spacious. We are also exploring options to move to another pier.

八月的住宿

餐厅和酒吧的服务速度有时很慢。我们选的是全包型的，但包含哪些不包含哪些不是很明确。此外，房间里的毛巾更换不及时。

甲米最优渡假饭店

2019甲米放空之旅，选择了这个与世隔离的饭店，出入饭店皆需搭乘饭店专用游艇或走饭店旁的猴道通往市集，交通不是很方便，但也因为如此造就了环境的特殊性，依山面海的环境相当优美，偶尔会遇到野生的猴子，生态相当自然，餐厅种类众多，不用为了用餐而烦恼，饭店有游泳池，及独立沙滩，码头，也提供独木舟租借，提前与饭店配合daytour商家预订跳岛行程，长伟船会来饭店码头接送，相当方便，饭店装璜设备不是很新但房间空间大价位合理，来甲米放空最推首选

糟糕的员工

这家酒店固然很好，但员工却很糟糕。我们没有得到我们所期望的服务，在告知他们这一点之后，工作人员对客人说话还是非常粗鲁。对外国客人他们的服务倒是很周到。客房入住延迟，客房服务很差。唯一好的部分是餐厅的员工、食物和酒店。请酒店确保员工知道如何接待所有的客人，而不是用带有偏见的做法去对待客人。
