这家饭店从我们到这里的那一刻起，就为我们提供了一流的服务。萨尔瓦多（人名），很棒的门卫，欢迎了我们，拿着我们的包，并用水和一些(迫切需要的)香槟欢迎我们。他应该被加薪!在我们逗留期间，我们在酒店和城市中穿梭，所有的工作人员都叫着我们的名字向我们打招呼。强烈推荐这里。

这是一个非常棒的地方，这里真的很方便，露台餐厅很好，服务也很棒。唯一让我们失望的就是早餐，食物和服务都很一般，工作人员也没有很热心去想要帮忙。所以，不建议你在这里吃早餐，找个别的地方去吃早餐吧。

我强烈推荐入住这家酒店，酒店的位置很棒，如果你很喜欢这边的历史区以及广场的话那住在这里十分方便。这家酒店最棒的地方就是这里的服务，在经历过漫长的航班飞行后被这里友善的工作人员热情欢迎的体验很棒，他们会将你照顾的无微不至。尤其是萨尔瓦多，他人很棒，总是面带友善的微笑在入口处欢迎我们。酒店的饮用水和苹果都是可以自由拿取的，这点十分贴心，我们很喜欢！这家酒店比其他的酒店要稍微老旧一些但是所有设施都运转良好，晚上酒店会统一熄灯，十分有助于睡眠，我们对这里也没有其他的要求了。

我们全家在这个酒店住了4晚，这里的大堂很漂亮，还有华丽的蒂芙尼玻璃天花板。向工作人员致敬，特别是Cynthia, Manuel 和Javier。他们给予初次到访墨西哥的我们以热忱的欢迎。我们喜欢我们的206房间，可以看到部分景色。甚至在房间里我们还能看到 Zocalo的升降旗仪式。我们在Terraza 享用了周年纪念晚宴，有天下午又回来喝了几杯。感谢格兰城市酒店，让我们在美丽的墨西哥城度过了特别的时光。
