酒店需要在房间里加装除湿器。这种房间过于潮湿的情况还可以通过严格规定员工的服务行为有所改善。因为当他们打扫房间时会一直把门撑开:这样很容易把房间里的东西都弄得潮湿了。比起“Condesa”,我们不如给酒店重新起个名字叫“Condensa(冷凝)”算了。入口处的门上的挡风雨条应该要修一下了:雨条和门之间有巨大的缝隙,使得热空气和空调冷气交汇凝结。做了这些工作时候,情况可能会有所改善,但如果不装除湿器,除湿效果不会太好的。房间里湿度太大了,如果不控制一下,你会因为睡在潮湿的床单上给身体带来的持续压力而在睡眠中生病的。即使你没有把行李从手提箱里拿出来,你的行李里的密封空间也同样会吸收湿气,因为潮湿的湿气完全可以穿过拉链的阻挡。

这是我们第四次来坎昆,我们一共11人。这里是不错的度假胜地,有美丽的游泳池和海滩,还有很多吃的地方,但我不会再来这里了。非常不幸,保险箱里我的600美元被盗了。向服务台报告后,他们派技术人员核实有人重置了保险箱。几天后,我被告知向警方报案。之后我多次前往服务台询问进展,但被告知他们需要采访员工。从那以后已经一周没有电话或电子邮件了。我觉得这件事被隐瞒了…要小心!!!

Our insurance company is already aware of the situation and will proceed accordingly with their policies. It is important to clarify that insurance companies do a procedure that takes time in most cases.

我都不知道该从哪里开始说关于费斯塔美国酒店所有伟大的事情…我哇的一声进入大厅办理入住手续…工作人员的热情好客是我从未见过的。他们帮我拿着行李……把行李带到我的房间。在我办理入住手续的时候还给我拿了杯饮料……房间真是太棒了。游泳池和海滩是完美的。食物太棒了。尤其是早餐。酒店内有5或6家餐厅。包罗万象。所有你都能吃…所有你都能喝。我给这个度假胜地的每样东西都打10分,简直是完美!但是工作人员,每一个工作人员,服务员,清洁工,游泳池和海滩区的工作人员,餐馆的工作人员等等。。费斯塔美国酒店每位员工,都应该得到12分,虽然是10分制……试试费斯塔美国酒店。你一定不会后悔的
