这是我第二次来这家酒店,我们很喜欢。这里很美,食物和酒水很棒。我现在在吃早餐,还在写评价。酒店装修很美,很有圣诞节的气氛,员工尽心尽力。真的很浪漫,不允许带孩子。酒保真的很棒,会为你调出很棒的酒水。这个酒店真的很棒,咖啡很好喝。我一定还会回来的。有评价表示这里很破旧,但是这里是墨西哥,一直都是这样的环境啊。不过这里还是很棒。看照片就好了!

2017年11月27日的点评

前两天,我房间的电话坏了。我去了5 - 6次前台,工作人员才来修理。浴室里没有热水。周六晚上的噪音吵到凌晨2点,因为有人在举行婚礼。这个度假胜地就是想让人们来这里放松一下。他们怎么能把音乐开到凌晨2点,怎么让人们放松和睡得好呢。事实上,我更生气的是,我每天都要到前台来反映电话和淋浴的问题。糟糕的体验。好的地方是游泳池和海滩很棒。这是我们觉得放松和享受的唯一地方。我们一回到房间,就不得不处理所有的问题。

一家不错的酒店。对于我们而言,它位置合适,就在机场和坎昆市之间。房间很干净,服务也很好。当我们遇到问题时,比如滑动门,在10分钟内,服务人员就开始修理。半小时内解决。早餐很好,比如有新鲜的煎蛋卷和新鲜的煎饼。鲜榨果汁也能改善早餐品质。酒店需要一些翻新,并且在我们入住期间有翻新正在进行。泳池和沙滩不错但在坎昆的海滩游泳体验并不好。如果你在寻找科苏梅尔岛或图卢姆地区不错的游泳场所。我们绝对可以回到这个酒店/度假胜地。

我知道这个酒店正处于建设中,服务质量很差,尤其是当我们要求熨烫我们的衣服和裙子这项服务时,没有人能够理解我们。持续打电话,但是没有人懂英语。餐厅的早餐很差,迫使我们想把之前包括在账单里的小费给收回来。

由于我们是初次到达,我们关注一些主要的东西。我们准备付的餐费有问题。我的预订是包含所有的计划,但是前台告诉我,我的预订是欧洲计划的。花了一天时间才让俱乐部管理层澄清此事。

这家酒店陈旧,需要大修。空调无法保持房间真正凉爽,你期望达到最高水平的东西不是不存在就是陈旧。然而确实一些整修正在进行,所以对以后的顾客来说情况可能会更好。还有,几乎没有夜生活/娱乐活动。
