坎昆的两家一价全包的Hyatt酒店算是积分可以最大利用化的酒店了,这家Zilara是adult-only的因为有酒精饮料畅饮,餐厅有好几个,吃的一般吧,除了日式铁板烧需要预约以外其他都是随时可以吃。环球客只升级了一级,房间本身不太出色。

我们入住的时间是12/17~12/20. 虽然来的这几天遇到雨天,放晴的时间不多,但饭店的整体景观依旧很棒,可以慵懒地在泳池以及海边玩耍。有许多的餐厅可以选择,不管是自助吧或者是须点餐的那种。
这里的员工都很友善也训练有素,有什么问题都可以帮你解决。客房服务也是一大亮点,不管是打电话问事情或者是用房间的平板叫食物来吃,既方便又专业又美味(在这里因为是全包式酒店所以叫食物来吃都是免费的)。
美中不足的是可能隔音没有很好,住宿期间楼上的旅客时常发出移动桌子的声音,影响到睡眠,不过我想这只是个案,依旧推荐大家这间住宿。

2018年12月,我住在这家坎昆凯悦齐亚酒店。我们在凯悦酒店受到的服务真是棒极了。我们接触到的每一个人都很棒。每个房间都有按摩浴缸、海景和阳台吊床。游泳池或海滩的所有小屋都可以使用。他们让我们觉得自己是皇室。每家餐馆都有高质量的食物,尤其是令人惊讶的自助餐。如果菜单上或自助餐没有某种食物,他们就会想尽办法去提供它。坎昆凯悦齐亚酒店比目录上的HardRock Cancun酒店要好。我们去了温泉,为我们做按摩的女士们给了我们一次奇妙的体验。(我忘记了他们的名字,但请让他们知道我们提到过他们,并感谢他们提供的美好服务)。我极力推荐这个度假胜地,因为它是一种独一无二的体验。
