坎昆的两家一价全包的Hyatt酒店算是积分可以最大利用化的酒店了，这家Zilara是adult-only的因为有酒精饮料畅饮，餐厅有好几个，吃的一般吧，除了日式铁板烧需要预约以外其他都是随时可以吃。环球客只升级了一级，房间本身不太出色。

我们入住的时间是12/17~12/20. 虽然来的这几天遇到雨天，放晴的时间不多，但饭店的整体景观依旧很棒，可以慵懒地在泳池以及海边玩耍。有许多的餐厅可以选择，不管是自助吧或者是须点餐的那种。
这里的员工都很友善也训练有素，有什么问题都可以帮你解决。客房服务也是一大亮点，不管是打电话问事情或者是用房间的平板叫食物来吃，既方便又专业又美味(在这里因为是全包式酒店所以叫食物来吃都是免费的)。
美中不足的是可能隔音没有很好，住宿期间楼上的旅客时常发出移动桌子的声音，影响到睡眠，不过我想这只是个案，依旧推荐大家这间住宿。

2018年12月，我住在这家坎昆凯悦齐亚酒店。我们在凯悦酒店受到的服务真是棒极了。我们接触到的每一个人都很棒。每个房间都有按摩浴缸、海景和阳台吊床。游泳池或海滩的所有小屋都可以使用。他们让我们觉得自己是皇室。每家餐馆都有高质量的食物，尤其是令人惊讶的自助餐。如果菜单上或自助餐没有某种食物，他们就会想尽办法去提供它。坎昆凯悦齐亚酒店比目录上的HardRock Cancun酒店要好。我们去了温泉，为我们做按摩的女士们给了我们一次奇妙的体验。(我忘记了他们的名字，但请让他们知道我们提到过他们，并感谢他们提供的美好服务)。我极力推荐这个度假胜地，因为它是一种独一无二的体验。

我和男友在9月入住了凯悦齐亚酒店(Hyatt Zilara)。我们非常喜欢这次体验!食物和饮料是免费的，这使我们的假期变得很实惠。每天都有各种活动和表演——我们不需要离开度假村就能玩得很开心。我们做了一个关于凯悦奇亚酒店的短片，在那里你可以看到它的美妙之处(在YouTube上找到Vera Lo Hyatt的评论)。唯一需要花钱的是高档的葡萄酒、龙虾和水疗。我建议您在入住时购买按摩套餐，这样您就可以享受水疗的折扣。
