Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent visit to Sofiana My Khe Hotel. We appreciate your candor comment regarding our service that has left much to be desired.
Please accept our sincere apology for not being able to provide you with the high standard of hospitality that is expected from us. Let me assure you that we have taken all the necessary action and strive to ensure that this error is not repeated in the future.
Once again, we do apologize for this experience and do let me know if I can be of any assistance to you.

酒店啱啱新开三个月，设备齐全同埋优质。 服务人员好热情，会同你推介唔同嘅地点同埋帮你攞行李。 Skybar好正可以睇到个美溪沙滩，包埋个自助早餐其实都唔错。总括而言都好推荐呢间酒店。
