显示较少我是希尔顿金级会员,而这次是我最糟糕的希尔顿体验。我们一进屋,就注意到屋内温度85度,空调不工作。最令人恼怒的是特灵空调部件缺少过滤器,而且其中一个检修口盖根本不在,说明它们经常有问题。我们最终被换到另一个房间,天哪我们甚至可以听到我们正上方房间里传出的电视声,对于这种级别的酒店来说,这里完全无法让人接受。永远不会再在这家希尔顿入住了。
