我们在班夫的时候,这家酒店让我住得很开心——由于夏季是旅游旺季,所以夏季的时候这里房价高,但我们可以使用积分入住。酒店的新升级使酒店的旧大楼焕然一新。从酒店可轻松步行至班夫的主要街道。

We wanted to let you know that we use your feedback to continuously improve the services across all the department of the hotel and the people working here.

The management and staff are very eager to provide the excellent service at our best to ensure total guest/s satisfaction . We had finished the hotel renovation which really help us in our purpose of maintaining a total guest satisfaction and protecting the hotel's total revenue.

这儿的房间十分现代化,也很干净。超棒的冰箱、咖啡机和阳台,绝佳的客厅和外面的庭院。我们的房间靠着楼梯以便我们能带我们的狗去院子,吃晚餐也很方便。走了一整天的路,泡在温热的浴缸和泳池里真是太舒服了。前台的工作人员也十分友好。

这家酒店的外表看起来并不怎么令人兴奋,但里面很漂亮。整个酒店和客房都经过全面更新,配有干净的现代家具和设施。我会说,这个酒店的早餐是我吃过的最好的早餐。我想我唯一的抱怨就是这些福利,因为这家酒店实在是太奢侈了,以至于福利很多,但我认为这与班夫地区的性质有关。我希望我们可以在这里待更长时间!

由于高速公路关闭,我们不得已需要临时取消我们的旅行。虽然酒店的取消政策已经有明文规定,但是由于这种不可控情况的出现才导致无法入住,所以我们还是希望酒店能够不对我们收费。但是酒店还是扣了我们当晚的房费,后来我们进行询问的时候也没有得到他们的回应了。酒店试图把责任归咎于booking.com网站,但网站说这完全是取决于酒店。总的来说,这种缺乏沟通的感觉真的太让人失望了。

对于我们这种只住一个晚上的人来说,这家酒店非常的好。孩子们在游泳池里玩得很开心,我们还可以沿着班夫大街散步,早餐有各种各样的热菜和冷菜。停车很方便,结账也很方便。

酒店位置优越。提供地下停车场、无线网络和全套早餐。有小型游泳池和小型热水浴缸。客房最近刚翻修,采用漂亮的灰色配色,楼上有阳台,楼下可通往甲板和休息区。酒店的床非常舒适,早餐非常好,女服务生一直保持所有菜肴是足量、保温,你有很多很好吃的可以选择。三楼和一些楼梯仍在建设中,价格在当地算有可比性的,但在夏季里这个价格对我来说太高了。通常我们选择在淡季来,以获得更划算的价格。总的来说是一次很棒的住宿。
