Thank you for taking the time to review the Lakeview Lounge and thank you for choosing to dine with us. We review all comments both positive and constructive to ensure we are exceeding our guests expectations.
We do prioritize our in house guests over non hotel guests for the simple reason that there is not a lot of dining options in Lake Louise for our guests to go. Our guests are paying to stay here and if we fill our outlets with non hotel guests, our guests would become disappointed that there is no where to eat. We do take in house guests based on availability, we will "save" tables for the chance to fill it with an in house guest. We are not trying to deter out of house guests away from our outlets, we are keeping tables for our in house guests as well.
We do hope that you understand this policy and apologize if this was not explained to you in detail.
