房间很棒！大且舒服，还有很漂亮的阳台。小厨房有一切你需要的东西，微波炉、冰箱、盘子、酒杯等等......很喜欢室内的游泳池和室外的热水浴缸。工作人员都很友好。车可停在地下停车场或者酒店后面停车场，就在海滩的对面，非常的完美！

在温哥华旅行期间，我们在这家酒店住了几个星期。我们订了两个不同的房间。这家酒店的优点在于位置好，停车方便；房间很干净，床单和毛巾都焕然一新；室内有一个小厨房，可以自己做饭，非常棒；酒店的服务员也非常出色。缺点就是，房间的装修比较旧，地毯略脏，如果能新换一条，那就太棒了。如果在上午十点半的时候，客人没有外出，酒店会从门底递进来一张纸条，提醒客人房间还没有重新清理。对于这个度假小镇和这家酒店来说，这些缺点太让人难以接受了。考虑到近年来，已经很少有资金注入这家酒店，所以它想要提升自己的水平也很困难，因此，它只能算是一家平均水平的酒店。如果不这么严苛的话，这里算是中等排上的水平。但绝对达不到五星级。综合各个方面来看，我倾向于给它打3.5星。

Thank you very much for your review, we appreciate your comments. Our Hotel is consistently rated #1 in Harrison Hot Springs and we are very proud of this accomplishment. We have ongoing refurbishment projects that help keep our rooms up to date and not tired looking but I will make sure to mention your comments to our General Manager so she can look into the carpets for the next project.
Just an FYI for other potential guests, the note we put under the door notifies guests that have their "do not disturb" sign on the door that we were unable to service the room. If our guests are in need of anything, they can call the front desk and we are happy to assist with anything.
Thanks again and we hope to welcome you to our Hotel again soon 🙂

前台的人非常友好，乐于助人。房间既舒适又干净，国王床是有史以来最舒适的床之一。我们的房间是一间套房，面对着湖，景色壮丽。再加上2台电视、小厨房、电壁炉、舒适的浴室，它就非常棒了。大厅里有很多DVD电影，只收取象征性的租金。酒店毗邻黑森林餐厅，是高档餐饮的好去处，视野开阔，价格合理。室内温水游泳池和室外热水浴缸供人放松。第二次入住，我们仍然印象深刻。

我带着我的两个大女儿和五个孙子出去度我女儿的生日。太棒了！孙子们在游泳池里玩了三次，我们只在那里呆了一晚，很难把他们弄出来，哈哈。工作人员很棒，很友好，很给力。我们唯一的问题是时间待得不够长，下次我们肯定会呆几个晚上。我强烈推荐这家酒店。

这是我们第一次入住这家酒店，而这次经历让我们知道我们会再次入住这家酒店。湖上的景色非常壮观；让人感到非常不错的是，走出酒店，步行就能到一家很棒的酒吧、餐馆等等类似的地方。这里的工作人员组成了一个超赞的团队，显然，他们致力于让您在这里过得尽可能愉快。我们此次入住的一件闹心事是，我们发现，Expedia上的图片与这家店官网上的不同。我们原以为已经订了一间带阳台的房间，但我们的房间并没有阳台——这可是在一个5月长的周末，天气寒冷，真是可惜。如果您想要一个带阳台的房间，请再确认一下。

Thank you for your review and comments, they are appreciated. We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us and are very sorry you were under the impression that you were getting a balcony with your Junior Lake View Suite. We do not offer this room type to any third party booking sites, only on our website as we have only 6 of these to offer. The other balconies on the front side of the Hotel are for the Double Queen Rooms. It doesn’t state in the room description verbiage when you book on Expedia that the room has a balcony but, I took a look today and you are indeed correct and one of the shots that has been uploaded from the Hotel does show a balcony. I have emailed our marketing manager to request it be removed ASAP and am super sorry you didn’t get what you thought you had booked.
If you choose to book with us in the future, our return guests receive a 15% discount. This discount isn't available online, only if you email or call us directly to book your stay, info@harrisonbeachhotel.com or 1-866-338-8111 extension 0.
