I am so sorry that you found our hallways to be stained- I agree, in the summer, it was difficult to keep on top of the hallway steam cleaning. Please know, that all have been professionally cleaned as we go into our fall/winter deep clean season. Sorry about the linens, they area new- and the beige brown sofa bed blanket do seem to be an older color with so many beautiful new colors now available to enjoy in linens. I do appreciate your objective comments- and thank you so much sincerely,

酒店位置非常好，员工也很周到和友好。房间装修得很漂亮，很干净，房间里有很多插座和一个回收桶。客厅很好，浴室干净得闪闪发光，空调运转得很好，很安静，室内和室外的公共空间都很干净，装饰得很漂亮;走廊需要吸尘了!微波炉放在一个很奇怪的地方:很低，放在一个架子上，我们不得不跪在地板上使用。床很舒服，大屏幕的电视画面很好。早餐很好，也准备的很好，所以早餐厅很拥挤，挤满了人。我发现住一晚的费用相当高，但我们可能还会再住的。

Yes, all Kelowna hotels are higher priced in the summer- we truly do have some amazing value pricing in the fall season. 我住过好多家精品酒店，但这家是我住过的最好的之一。我们要了一套两室两卫的套房，在大厅有一个带滑水道和热水浴缸的超棒的室内泳池。早餐室里有你想要的关于早餐的任何东西，有足够的座位容纳客人。因为在这里停留的时间少，我们只住了一晚，但是很希望我们可以住久一点。看上去这家酒店像是一家新酒店，但是我问前台员工的时候，她告诉我这里已经开了九年了。
太棒了!总经理很了不起，她真的竭尽全力帮助我们。房间很干净，布置得很好。游泳池的温度很好，很干净。健身房不是很好，但是只要健身就在隔壁，所以没关系(我是会员)。强烈推荐!

尽管这家酒店位于主干道上，但是房间里依然十分安静。不幸的是，我们得到的房间就在一个通风口旁。但也是没有噪音的。房间里的床很好，房间和大厅都布置的很好。
