We value your opinion, and as a company that is expanding across Canada, we appreciate knowing what amenities are important to our guests. We are pleased that you enjoyed our "good pool and hot tub" and that you noted the rest of the hotel was "good too". Thank you for your review and kindly noting "Nice Hotel". I was sorry to hear that the noise from the pool disturbed you. We do have 2 buildings in Kelowna, our Atrium and our Executive Tower. Feel free in the future to let our Front Desk team know that you would prefer a quiet location as we can easily accommodate that. Our pool area is typically relaxing; just to note for next time.

这里有点混乱，因为房间都在办理入住后面的不同的楼里。这里的住宿很好，床很舒服，很多枕头，还有电视等东西，服务员Dennys很棒。房间的淋浴和阳台，很干净，虽然有点小，但是价格合理。

我们正要去卡加利牛仔节，所以我们在基洛纳停了下来。我们喜欢Deny's餐厅旁边的位置。和市中心有一点点距离，还有城市的乐趣。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。房间都很好。

酒店房间不错，干净整洁，床很舒服。酒店的地理位置很理想，附近就有一家丹尼餐厅，有着很棒的早餐。酒店有很好的室内游泳池,不过很遗憾我们没有时间用。我会推荐这家酒店。

好的地方-工作人员乐于助人。我们的房间是最近重新装修好的。不好的地方-房间不干净。浴室里到处是毛发。浴缸的缝隙很脏。游泳池也很糟糕！碎裂的地板、按摩缸不工作，基本上整个游泳池区域都很糟糕，急需重做。那里很暗。我们不能把所有东西都从导航楼梯带到房间，本应该是没有问题的，只是这次旅行我们有太多东西，很麻烦。我们让前台帮忙保管一个手提箱和一箱酒，因为我们的房间还没准备好。可是当我们回来取的时候，它存放的房间甚至连锁都没有锁！我们不会再来了。

Thank you for taking the time to share your guest stay with us. We appreciate that you found our staff helpful and that our rooms are well appointed. As I read that you had much luggage to bring with you, note that we have staff available to assist with baggage at any time. I apologize that your housekeeping experience was not up to our standard and that our pool area was not enjoyed. I can assure you that we take all feedback seriously and are constantly working to improve our hotel and raise our hospitality standards. Note that our luggage room is monitored; I can appreciate that you would find an unlocked door concerning and as such we have added further security measures for the comfort of our guests. Thank you again for your feedback. It allows us to raise the bar in customer service.
