很喜欢这家酒店。在从温哥华到班夫的途中在这里住了下来。房间又宽敞又干净。床又大又舒适。枕头很柔软。万豪集团的床上用品真是无可匹敌!这绝对是最好的。服务是无可挑剔的。员工们都很友好，乐于助人。位置和景色都很美!

我说不出这家旅馆有什么问题。餐厅很好，员工很好。住宿很好，住宿区的下一层有游泳池和烧烤区。我们住的是带大露台、热水浴缸和户外壁炉台的顶层公寓套房。景色很壮观。

可能是我住过的所有酒店中服务最好的一家。我想不出有什么事情是我和妻子在这个酒店被拒绝的。从对食物的特殊要求到我们想要的房间，这里真的很神奇!你应该住在这家酒店，这里有很棒的食物和服务。我真的没法再说出更多的表扬之词了。感谢在这家酒店工作的所有工作人员!

酒店软硬件非常好，住起来很舒服。但也有些让人失望的地方，比如客房内没有保险箱和睡袍。额外加收的费用有：停车费24刀/晚和酒店收取的30刀/天的度假村费。健身房很棒，而且没什么人使用。户外餐厅很不错，就是价钱有点贵，一份炸鱼薯片要29刀+++

当时我还没动身前往酒店，酒店就给我留下了很糟糕的印象。如果无法获得标准房间预订服务，那么我只能期待当面能获得这样的服务了。我给我们的团队预订了14个房间，整个预定过程让我感到心力交瘁。我通过在线的方式仅仅订到了3个房间，然后当我在线修改团队预订信息时，我收到一条消息让我致电酒店。因为他们已经不再提供这家酒店的在线预订服务了，中央预订中心因此无法协助进行团体会议预订，接下来，他们把我的电话转回了酒店，然后是长达20分钟的等待，最后一个态度粗鲁的接线员接了电话，又把电话转回了中央预定中心。我只有在别无选择的情况下才会住这里！！

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced when booking reservations at our hotel. It sounds like we missed several opportunities and we are very disappointed, as you rightly were. This is certainly not our standard, and not what our typical guest experiences.
