酒店ok，早餐ok，前台的员工乐于助人。一些令人失望的事情是：一双拖鞋是包括在费用内，但第二个你必须支付，哈哈真是可笑，即使这是一个两人套房！另一件事是凌晨一点无家可归的人大声尖叫，让人抓狂！！总的来说，对于那些计划保持低预算的人..这家旅馆很旧而且价格有点高！一点也不推荐。糟糕。

The complimentary continental breakfast is a nice way to kick start the morning.
With fresh “Bake your own Belgian Waffles” with Strawberry, Blueberry and Maple Syrup toppings as well as a dash of icing sugar for those with a sweet tooth.
Fresh baked croissants & a variety of Danishes including the very popular Spinach & Pesto Bistro.
Three types of toast including a gluten free option, with peanut butter, jams, marmalade and honey, as well as toasted bagels with cream cheese.
Three types of cereals w/milk, fresh apples, bananas and oranges as well as orange juice, apple juice, tea, coffee and milk, we're happy you enjoyed.
Our front desk team do their best to offer our guests sincere and friendly service, we're pleased that this was your experience.
Depending upon the category of suite selected, complimentary slippers are offered, if the category selected doesn't include slippers then they are available for a low fee.
We're not sure what you mean regarding 1 pair of slippers having to be purchased while another was complimentary, unless you were in a suite category where they aren't included. It sounds like there was some miscommunication.
Unfortunately when you're staying in the downtown area of any major city, there will always be some people that like to let everyone know they're on their way out or home from a night out.
With regard to the rate offered, we certainly do our best to offer fair and competitive rates for a hotel in the location we're blessed to be in.

We're located on a quiet, tree lined, residential street filled with character buildings including ourselves, as you mentioned. Only a short walk from our front doors to beaches, parks, dining and sipping options as well as Granville Island and Davie Village.
Our goal is to ensure that our guests are made to feel at home, including the security of knowing that their vehicle is safely tucked away in our gated and secured, complimentary parking.
Your assigned suite on the 11th floor would certainly offer some great city skyline views, we're pleased that you enjoyed.

Having a location on a quiet, tree lined residential street with beaches, parks, dining & sipping options only a short walk from our front doors is always a great starting point for any stay in our lovely city.
At Sunset Inn and Suites we proudly offer a recycling program in all our suites, with friendly instructions left for our guests to follow, thank you for your participation.
