这是我一个月里第二次入住这个酒店。就像我之前说的，这酒店最重要的特点就是位置。在温哥华市中心很方便的位子。由于建筑很久，基础结构也很旧，但是管理层尽努力提升了酒店标准。这个建筑需要尽快的大量重装。

位置不错，卫生间的马桶需要冲两次水才能行－我们要珍惜水资源啊，这样真的好吗？对于一个临街的酒店来说，房间相对已经算很安静了，只能听见人们在走廊走来走去的声音。就这个位置而言，物有所值。到很多场馆只需步行，坐空中列车或者公交车也都在步行范围内。

我们在找一家位置合适，价格低廉的酒店，而这家酒店这里很合适。房间不够宽敞，但相对于我们在这里呆的时间还是不错的，房间很干净，浴室也很好。除了楼下的酒吧之外，附近还有很多类似的酒吧，还有很多地方可以步行到达，尤其是煤气镇。

Thank you jeany132 for taking the time to provide your review of our hotel. I am sorry to hear that you did not fully enjoy your time spent with us. We do have some issues that come with being a 100 year old building which has undergone many modifications over the decades to modernize the rooms, our bathrooms were added to the hotel many years after the building was designed and built in the early 20th century and i wholeheartedly agree with your sentiment, they were not well planned. We do have many other rooms with better layouts in the bathroom. In fact the number of rooms such as the one you encountered are very minimal and any guest whom is assigned one of these rooms we will be happy to accommodate a room move to something more suitable upon availability. I am very pleased to hear that you enjoyed our hospitality, as I have always stated with our guests and staff the guest experience is our most important focal point, we may not be the most modern or trendy hotel in downtown though we will always try our best to provide service unlike any other so that our guests will always feel at home. I hope that once we have been renovated in the future you will give us another opportunity so that we can become your hotel of choice for all of your trips to our beautiful city.
