Thank you Karen C for taking the time to provide your review of our hotel, I am sorry to hear that you did not fully enjoy your stay with us, as we are an older hotel that has gone through many changes through out the years for modernization not all rooms are built alike. The room you inhabited is a different configuration than most in the hotel some appreciate the privacy of having separate bedrooms but I can understand wanting A/C in both rooms, unfortunately from what I understand some 20 plus years ago when the A/C's were retrofitted there were limitations that prevented installing a second A/C in these room types, we would have gladly provided a fan for your second room and if my staff did not offer this I do apologize. As for the bottled water, the previous management team saw there was a great deal of bottles being tossed in the trash so in efforts to reduce waste the hotel did away with bottled water and installed filtered water dispensers on select floors and also placed water containers in each room for your convenience. Again I apologize for not meeting your expectations and we hope that you will continue to use Days Inn for your accommodation needs in the future.

从先前的评论，我想到了我们去这里能得到什么。这里地理位置非常的棒，但住宿条件最多达到第三世界标准。他们真的应该增加预算更换地毯，它看上去像使用了100年一样还泛着尿味。床垫上也有污点。这里只有一部电梯，并且走廊十分的狭窄。床垫太有弹性了，感觉像是那种$100的便宜床垫。我宁愿多花$50去住那些知名酒店。尽管如此，工作人员非常的友好，但我能想象他们要处理这么多问题，因为酒店很破败了。

位置不错，卫生间的马桶需要冲两次水才能行－我们要珍惜水资源啊，这样真的好吗？对于一个临街的酒店来说，房间相对已经算很安静了，只能听见人们在走廊走来走去的声音。就这个位置而言，物有所值。到很多场馆只需步行，坐空中列车或者公交车也都在步行范围内。

我们在找一家位置合适，价格低廉的酒店，而这家酒店这里很合适。房间不够宽敞，但相对于我们在这里呆的时间还是不错的，房间很干净，浴室也很好。除了楼下的酒吧之外，附近还有很多类似的酒吧，还有很多地方可以步行到达，尤其是煤气镇。

价格是我们的目标，短时间内在网上预定一个房间在温哥华住四天。戴斯酒店刚好符合要求而且有令人惊喜的额外优势，离港口很近，步行距离（带着我们的包）到天空火车站花5美元车程到机场，非常友好而且乐于助人的员工，一个相当充足的房间，有电视，冰箱，空调和做咖啡的设施。我们对一切都非常满意而且强烈推荐这家酒店给任何想要在一个方便的城市位置舒服住一晚的人。

这家旅馆的定价过高。浴室和房间超小而且昏暗，视野很糟糕。在浴室里，你必须挤在淋浴和水槽之间用水槽。如果你在温哥华市中心需要一个睡觉的地方，这个地方就不算太糟了，就是价格昂贵。然而，这家酒店的服务真的很棒，无论是向工作人员询问路线还是其他信息，他们都很友好，并且乐于助人。我把我的一件衬衣遗落在了酒店，打电话给工作人员询问他们是否拾到我的衣服。他们找到了那件衣服并把它寄到了我家。他们用我的信用卡结算了邮费。我知道很多旅馆都不在乎客人的个人物品是否落在了酒店里。所以我真的很感激他们为我做的一切。

Thank you jeany132 for taking the time to provide your review of our hotel. I am sorry to hear that you did not fully enjoy your time spent with us. We do have some issues that come with being a 100 year old building which has undergone many modifications over the decades to modernize the rooms, our bathrooms were added to the hotel many years after the building was designed and built in the early 20th century and i wholeheartedly agree with your sentiment, they were not well planned. We do have many other rooms with better layouts in the bathroom. In fact the number of rooms such as the one you encountered are very minimal and any guest whom is assigned one of these rooms we will be happy to accommodate a room move to something more suitable upon availability. I am very pleased to hear that you enjoyed our hospitality, as I have always stated with our guests and staff the guest experience is our most important focal point, we may not be the most modern or trendy hotel in downtown though we will always try our best to provide service unlike any other so that our guests will always feel at home. I hope that once we have been renovated in the future you will give us another opportunity so that we can become your hotel of choice for all of your trips to our beautiful city.
