Thank you for choosing to stay at OPUS, and for providing your feedback. It was very unfortunate to hear how you did not enjoy your experience with us, and felt that we did meet your expectations. I agree with your point that staying fresh and current is a key part of the success of any hotel. In the past 2 years, we have been able to completely renovate our restaurant, launch our new OPUS Bar, and more importantly roll out a full redesign of all of our guest rooms. Your feedback is important to us, and will be brought forward as we discuss and plan our projects for 2017. Hopefully you may reconsider, and allow us another opportunity in the near future to showcase the OPUS experience.

这是一家非常好的酒店，地理位置也很好。经理Matthew hui非常乐于助人。免费自行车租赁使Stanley公园的旅行变得更好了。房间不错，早餐也不错。

从你走进大厅的那一刻起，就开始享受热毛巾和冷饮、水或者时起泡酒。然后你就知道这不是你想象中的酒店。服务好极了!房间简直太棒了，装修色彩艳丽。我们的第一个房间712有一流的设施和很棒的视角去观赏城市景观。我们的第二个房间301(我们在维多利亚岛玩了一天回来)有一个很棒的壁炉，并且我们可以进入花园里边——这是我们在高端旅行社预订旅行的标志性项目的一部分。我们的房间里有美味的巧克力和一瓶美酒。两个房间都提供美味的咖啡服务。下图是301房间。我们在温哥华的最后一个雨天是如此舒适。我们在La Pentola餐厅吃的早餐，就在大厅旁边，美味极了!Todd是个很棒的服务员!我两次吃的时候都喜欢芝麻菜蘑菇煎蛋卷。我丈夫喜欢OPUS餐厅的早餐。咖啡量很足，而且经常帮你加热!我们吃了两个晚上的晚餐。Opus的餐厅是一个可以容纳15个人小团体的好地方。Opus餐厅很多工作人员都很积极地帮忙，但很可惜我忘记了记下他们的名字。我在点披萨的时候从美丽的前台工作人员那里询问到前往格兰维尔岛的最佳途径。对，我记得杰克。当我们去维多利亚岛换乘的时候，是他帮我们拿的行李!这家酒店屡获殊荣，并获得一致好评，这是有原因的。乐于助人的员工，舒适的房间和便利的设施。多一份付出多一份收获。同时酒店所在的位置也非常方便去餐厅和商场。

很多惊喜！抵达时提供泡酒。带玻璃墙的浴室可以看到室外！当时我不知道这是城市中新兴专业人士的活动场所。唯一的缺点是街道噪音一直持续到凌晨1点。街对面的仙人掌咖啡馆也很棒。

工作人员非常乐意在需要时提供帮助，并提供卓越的服务。管家服务很及时，酒店位置靠近所有时尚名流餐厅，离海港非常近。景色 美妙，氛围很好。
