Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the inconveniences during your stay but unfortunately we do not have handicap accessible rooms at our hotel so we're not sure how this reservation was made but apologise again that your weren't informed. Thank you again for taking the time to write.

It's nice to hear you found the staff helpful too, and no we don't have a/c but usually there is a great breeze off the ocean that cools the city down.
