However we have very limited pet friendly rooms on the first floor only. I take this opportunity to mention on the public platform that please do mention about bringing your pet when you make booking so that we keep pet friendly room aside for you. there were incidents in the past, people bring their pets without information and no pet room available. Thank you for taking the time to leave some comments regarding your stay with us. Based on my understanding, it is a common practice to do a surcharge/pre authorization at the time of check-in. Think of it like a damage deposit. Unfortunately, there are those rare guests that find it ok to disrespect and abuse things that do not belong to them and this spoils it for the vast majority of people that are respectful and gracious.
