I apologise that you found our parking expensive, it is in line with other hotels in the area but underground parking in Whistler in general can be more expensive than people are used to depending on where you visit us from. If you visit Whistler again, you might consider booking directly with the hotel rather than through a third party we often have rates that include complimentary parking.

这是一家坐落在贡多拉旁边的大酒店。酒店员工很友好。我们住在一间带一间卧室的单间公寓内，还可以欣赏到山景。酒店房间宽敞，设备齐全，床很舒适，但空调运行时很吵，这让我们在第一个晚上睡不着，于是在第二天晚上我们把它关掉了，让卧室的阳台门和窗户都开着。我们房间内的厨房面积宽敞，很高兴还有无咖啡因的咖啡提供，因为并不是所有的酒店都这样做的。酒店泳池的水很温暖，在两个极可意浴缸内戏水很令人感到愉快，而且浴缸一个比另一个更温暖，所以你可以选择最适合你的。

It is also great to hear that you made use of our decaf coffee offering, sometimes it is just what you need to have a coffee without the worry of being kept up!
I am however sorry to hear that your air conditioning interrupted your sleep and meant you couldn't use it on subsequent nights. Hopefully this is something that our maintenance team here could fix so please feel free to reach out to us if there is any issue next time.

二楼的墨菲皇后套房(Murphy queen bed/studio suite)是他们的廉价套房，看上去破旧不堪。前门入口的天花板通风口和冰箱上的油漆脱落，有5到6个凹痕，看起来像是有人用锤子砸上去的。主要的问题是晚上天花板上有一种奇怪的声音，听起来像是有人在浴缸里四处走动发出很大的摩擦声，这种声音每10分钟左右持续5~15秒。我想是与水管，或室外游泳池/热水浴缸有关。向他提出了这个问题，并后续发了一封的电子邮件，询问是否有人提出了天花板噪音的问题。酒店本身很好，但没有得到回复。根据我的经历，我不会推荐这里二楼的套房。

跟家人在这家酒店住感觉非常好，我们有一个带两间卧室的套房，房间里面还有给我们小宝宝睡的婴儿床。我也很喜欢酒店这边的泳池，泳池的水温非常适合小朋友。这边的休息时的空间不是很大，所以不会有很多成年人在外面喝酒胡闹。酒店真的非常适合家庭一起入住。房间里面还有一个功能齐全的厨房这样，你就可以跟你的家人在里面做东西吃，有时候如果你不想去餐馆吃饭的话，也可以在厨房里面自己做，所以我们每一次来到这边的时候，这家酒店永远是我们的首选。这里的套房非常的宽敞，酒店的房间总是打扫得很干净，里面的的条件非常不错。虽然酒店有一点贵，但是绝对物有所值。
