前台仅是解释了一般性问题,不能恰当地回答我的疑问。酒店建筑和房间很老旧,而且都用尽了。所有的家具都磨损了。床上用具不干净。窗户密封性不好,每一晚外面的噪音都会传进来,包括了醉酒人的大喊大叫声。如果你期待酒店质量的话,这里肯定会让你失望的。
我们住的公寓靠近一个十字路口。晚上人们游荡回家,听起来像是他们也在公寓一样。很吵,简直难以为睡。当我问前台员工有什么是我可以做的吗,他们居然建议我叫保安。我试着在两个不同的时候联系他们,却只能转入语音信箱。我要求前台的工作人员跟进,用电子邮件联系我。我给了他们电子邮件地址,但是完全没有收到回复。如果有员工响应了我,我会觉得更受欢迎的。
Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the convenient central location of the Town Plaza suites can sometimes be subject to the noise from the village stroll. Because the village stroll is a public walk way we are unable to control all that happens on it. We do our best to get security out at the time calls are received. We have also requested the lights be turned off or removed from the gazebo area to encourage people to move on rather than loiter in the lit up area, however we have not been successful with this.

It is important to note that the suites at the Whistler Town Plaza are all individually owned and there are many different property managers and booking agents guests are able to reserve through. At the front desk we work with all of the owners and rental managers to check guests in, regardless of how they booked.
We apologize your request was not granted, however at the front desk we are not able to adjust or amend any reservations we have not made or collected any monies for. When booking; it is important that cancellation policy is understood as they can vary greatly dependant on the company reserved through.
