I am glad to see that for the most part you enjoyed your stay with us, especially our spacious rooms, complimentary breakfast and convenient location of the hotel.
I do however apologise that you found the pool disappointing. I wish we had known during your stay so that we could have let you know that our guests are more than welcome to use the facilities at both our hotels in Whistler. Our Pan Pacific Mountainside hotel has a more family friendly pool area which I believe could have been more to your children's liking. In any case, please accept my sincere apologies for this and I hope that the short comings you experienced did not detract too much from your stay.
