由于加拿大航空公司的航班延误,我不幸住进了这家肮脏的酒店。长话短说:这个地方太令人作呕了,竟然有臭虫。直到第二天早上醒来,看到床上有很多小虫子在爬,我才意识到。不幸的是,我没有时间向管理者抱怨,因为我的航班是早上7点,我需要赶航班回家。对我来说更不幸的是,有个臭虫粘伏在了我的行李上,直到回家我才发现。这家酒店对我来说是一场噩梦,我的胳膊、肩膀和手上都被剧烈的叮咬,很痛苦。

To our knowledge, we currently do not have any bed bugs at our property and have not had any recent complaints. Bed bugs are something that we take very seriously. So, if you feel like this was from one of our guest rooms, we would like to request that you contact us so that we can take the appropriate measures as a precaution. If you have been travelling, we do recommend contacting any other hotels you have stayed at recently.

这家酒店就在皮尔森机场旁边,晚上能听到喷气机发出的噪音!此外,酒店正在翻修,所以此时酒店12楼不能直接乘电梯到达!如果你不介意这些缺点的话,这家酒店还不错。早餐的费用包括在房费内并且品质高于一般水平,同样这里的服务也高于平均水平。因为我反对支付每晚20加元的个人过夜停车费,所以我不会再住进这家酒店了。这里有许多其他酒店不收取停车费,如果你打算预订酒店的话,把这20加元花在房费上才真正的有价值。
