由于加拿大航空公司的航班延误,我不幸住进了这家肮脏的酒店。长话短说:这个地方太令人作呕了,竟然有臭虫。直到第二天早上醒来,看到床上有很多小虫子在爬,我才意识到。不幸的是,我没有时间向管理者抱怨,因为我的航班是早上7点,我需要赶航班回家。对我来说更不幸的是,有个臭虫粘伏在了我的行李上,直到回家我才发现。这家酒店对我来说是一场噩梦,我的胳膊、肩膀和手上都被剧烈的叮咬,很痛苦。

To our knowledge, we currently do not have any bed bugs at our property and have not had any recent complaints. Bed bugs are something that we take very seriously. So, if you feel like this was from one of our guest rooms, we would like to request that you contact us so that we can take the appropriate measures as a precaution. If you have been travelling, we do recommend contacting any other hotels you have stayed at recently.

这家酒店就在皮尔森机场旁边,晚上能听到喷气机发出的噪音!此外,酒店正在翻修,所以此时酒店12楼不能直接乘电梯到达!如果你不介意这些缺点的话,这家酒店还不错。早餐的费用包括在房费内并且品质高于一般水平,同样这里的服务也高于平均水平。因为我反对支付每晚20加元的个人过夜停车费,所以我不会再住进这家酒店了。这里有许多其他酒店不收取停车费,如果你打算预订酒店的话,把这20加元花在房费上才真正的有价值。

我在这里住了很长一段时间,带着我的狗旅行。房间很干净,食物也很好,员工也很友好。在多伦多机场停留的好旅馆。查亚(如果我把名字拼错了,我很抱歉)和客服部的席琳总是面带微笑,愿意提供任何帮助。继续加油!

糟糕的居住。首先,预订没有显示在他们的系统中,但是,它却可以在我手机上的ihg应用程序中看到。我订了一间双人床房间,但却获得了一间单人房,后来我被叫去换了房间。我花了额外的钱订了一间俱乐部休息室,但休息室就是个玩笑。当我能够去到房间时,我在等待过程中喝完了两壶果汁。我相信总经理对此感到自豪,所以没有什么可抱怨的。但是,在这么多的俱乐部休闲酒店中,这是最糟糕的一次。人们可能喜欢它可能是因为它更便宜,但我相信所有的皇冠广场酒店都是一样的,在这家多伦多机场皇冠假日酒店的经历并不是很好。如果你们依旧保持这种糟糕的标准,我只能祝你们好运了。

我在去哥斯达黎加的途中在这停留了一晚。到达后,我被要求为这个房间支付100美元的押金,即使我已经提前支付了房费,我认为这是多余的!酒店的装饰有点陈旧,但我只在那里睡了几个小时,早上5点就走了。床很漂亮,是舒适的,浴室也很漂亮。楼下还有一家餐馆,我没有使用。我可能会再次使用这里的。

我来这家酒店是想休息一下和洗个澡。但是当我在睡了几个小时以后打算洗澡的时候……真“惊喜”……我的浴室里找不到肥皂、洗发水、身体乳,只有卫生纸。就是这样,我真的无法相信,还是很震惊,再也不来这了,又贵又不值。
