I regret that the condition of the bed and the size of the room you were given were not to your satisfaction. Also, I know that you had issues with the parking fee and I'm so sorry. We strive to provide the best service and accommodations for our guests but regret that was not your experience. Your feedback has been taken into account and I've shared with our management.
