房间的墙壁真是太薄了。如果你运气不好的话，比如你的隔壁住着一对争吵的夫妇，那么你会在凌晨3:30被叫醒，听到他们争吵的声音。我们不得不给前台打了两次电话，让保安过来让他们安静。另外，对房间进行打扫时需要更注重细节。我们的桌子上面很脏，上面有很多划痕，而且也掉漆了。我对这家酒店的印象并不是很好。

办理入住的时候，Mary不仅漂亮，还把所有的事情安排的很妥当。房间宽敞有一个很棒的浴室！大堂重新装修过了，有一种瑞吉酒店的感觉，大堂后面的阿斯特酒廊很适合喝饮料放松。一天中不同的时段供应的饮品也不同，有咖啡、酒、香槟等——一定要品尝！泳池很棒——酒店还有自己的房车，可以送你去城里的地方。总之——住的很舒心，我会推荐给所有人！
这是我第一次在入住酒店之前写酒店评论，但我认为这家酒店礼宾部的工作人员完全值得认可。通常礼宾员的工作是在为客人预订后完成的。不知何故，这个工作人员注意到我预定了到达当天的午餐，于是主动发邮件给我，让我再确认一下。不出所料，我给他报错了日期，而且那是一个非常受欢迎的自助餐，已经订满了。然而，他能够顺利地纠正我的错误，奇迹般地帮我订了餐，并迅速给我发送了一个确定的行程。感谢泽维尔·圭迪斯，他是五星服务的典范。现在我们非常期待下周入住这家酒店。
