很好的团队建设场所，我们是在这里进行团队建设，很好的地方，有干净的河流，但是很可惜没有足够的时候享受这种自然风光。我们是在武吉丁宜附近，便顺道来到这里，晚上他们在露天餐厅为我们提供了美味的烧烤……不得不说两天一夜对我们来说是完全不够的，下次我们需要向老板提议在这里待上三天两夜，这样我们才能真正享受这个环境。总的来说，一切都非常有趣。

我们选择了太阳山乡间别墅酒店作为公司团建项目的地址。酒店离吉隆坡很近。酒店的住宿条件和设施设备都很棒，景色也很好。这酒店的食物美味，尤其是烧烤好吃。员工Erya提供的竞技运动比赛很有趣。这酒店很适合进行小规模的团建活动。所以总的来说，这酒店的服务出色，我们很喜欢。

晚上很安静很黑，但我宁愿呆在里面。工作人员也很友好。如果你想要咖啡或茶，你可以随时在他们的咖啡馆里享受自助。早餐不是那么多样，但很美味。我一定会再来的。

我估计这是该地区最好的酒店，与其他家庭旅馆等相比而言的话。一些缺点:——橱柜门无法正常关闭，所以每当你试图关闭它时它都会自己打开——厕所的坐浴盆夹具坏了，坐浴盆只能放在地板上，优点：-员工都很友好并乐于助人，房间很干净，维护的很好。除了上述缺点之外——有一些不错的桌面游戏给我和我的儿子玩（主要是马来播棋）——早餐很愉快又美味，虽然面包吃完了——停车位是足够的，虽然旁边有一些臭臭的垃圾 - 整个酒店都非常明亮！美丽的琥珀色灯光给人一种古朴而又优雅的感觉。酒店周围没有昏暗的区域。太棒了！

床单很脏，有暗红色的斑点。额..枕套是脏的，有黑点。额..我通过缤客网预订的，但接待员说我的名下没有预订，想把我介绍给另一个相关的酒店，在20公里远，什么？？这样不好吧...厕所看起来很干净。

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback as it will truly assist us in our continuous effort to bring necessary changes to our operation in order to provide our guest with the best holiday experience. It concerns us greatly to read your comment with regards to your experience at our resort recently and we sincerely regret that we have failed to meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for all the shortcomings and we are sorry you had felt this way during your stay. We personally apologies on behalf of our staff which you alleged provided you without clear information and cause confusion. We aim to improve our personnel competency levels from time to time. We do take serious note of your feedback and shall undertake to upgrade our customer service.Your feedback is extremely valuable to us as it helps us to improve the quality of our service to better meet your needs and we would like to give assurance that such shortcoming will not be repeated. We hope we will have another chance to welcome you back to our resort one day.

我们到达酒店的时候，接待处没有人。我们四处找寻接待员，几乎想要敲客房门了。没有呼叫系统比如按铃等等。幸运的是，有其他旅客经过，他们告诉我们工作人员的房间。我们不得不去叫醒熟睡的工作人员。他问我们“你们预定了吗？”我们回答，在网上定好了。他没有在网络系统查询，直接要我们重新付款。一番争论后，他统一保留我们的预订信息，然后确认如果我们没付款之后会联系我们。房间的话，地板很脏。我们在电视柜上发现了一个垃圾桶。毯子布满灰尘，我们在睡觉前需要弄干净。厕所很脏，水槽里还有一把螺丝刀。没有提供矿泉水。完全不推荐。
