这家酒店位于一个非常美丽的地方——克拉比。去酒店只能坐船才能到达，那里有三个海滩（尽管我想说只有两个值得去）。别墅装修有点过时，但仍然很漂亮。地方很好，泳池区很漂亮。我和我的2岁女儿一起旅行，虽然酒店没有儿童俱乐部，但实际上也不需要它。游泳池有适合孩子们的浅水区。工作人员很友好。水上运动是免费的，这很好。唯一的缺点是度假村没有车。每次我们想要一辆马车时，我们至少要等10-15分钟，然后打几次电话提醒他们。我们很喜欢这里的周末，希望很快再回来。

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback on Trip Advisor. We are delighted to know you enjoyed your time with us and loved the location, the grounds, the pool area and the friendliness of the staff.
We thank you for the feedback on the buggy service as well. We do encourage our guests to walk (when it suits them of course) to explore the natural environment of the resort. However, we understand with young children the distances can be far. We have a limited number of buggies as we try to keep the pathways free from constant traffic which can be a disturbance to those on foot, so there can be a waiting time during high demand periods. We thank you for your kind understanding.
However, we are glad to hear it has not deterred you from returning and we look forward to welcoming you back again very soon.

我们是来度蜜月，然后住在瑞亚维德酒店。酒店非常棒。酒店的房间是一个个小房子，散布在酒店内，我觉得像一个精心修剪过的树林。每天早晨，我们醒来都能听见房顶上咚咚的响，出去查看声音来源时，我们发现，是猴子从山下下来到海边去。酒店服务非常好，海滩和夕阳特别美，服务相当不错。这个地方完美无缺，没有什么需要改变的。

这是一家很不错的度假村。房间很不错，里面的设备也很棒。但是我们认为就花的钱来说，住在这里并不值得。我们觉得餐厅和酒吧的收费过高，水疗中心也是如此。健身房里的设备很基础很普通。度假村里的小路需要修理维护一下了。海滩实在没啥可看的，整日整夜都是船只来来往往，非常吵闹，还破坏了海滩周围的环境。这里的确是个美丽的地方，但是就花的钱来说，我们真的很失望。

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us on Trip Advisor. We are glad to hear you loved the resort and you found the accommodation and amenities fantastic.
Thank you for sharing your opinion on the prices at our restaurants and spa. We find that our prices are comparable with other 5* Resorts in the area. Also one cannot compare the quality of food, service and dining experience with the local restaurants outside, for the budget travellers. However, our guests have that freedom and choice to either dine at the Resort or sample the local food.
As mentioned in previous reviews all beaches in Thailand are public, so while our resort borders two of Thailand's most beautiful beaches (Railay and Phranang), our guests have to share the space with other visitors to the area. On certain days and at certain times, the beach can become busy with outside visitors. We do highlight this information in our website. Most visitors like to watch and photograph the longtail boats coming and going as it is part of the Thai culture.
Overall, we are glad you liked the Resort and hopefully we will have the chance to welcome you back again one day in the future.

我们很享受在这里度过的几天。度假村内的一切都很棒。员工非常友善，乐于助人。我们受到了热情的迎接，也很享受这里贴心周到，却又低调谦逊的服务。Grotto餐厅的餐费很高，不过它的位置极佳。我们预想中的预订的那间“房间”，其实更像是一间乡村小屋，很漂亮，充满特色！这里的唯一一个缺点在于附近经过的长尾轮渡船真的很吵，它们会搭载游客在海陆之间往返。船员会在海滩边下锚，我在想能不能跟他们商量一下，让他们把船固定在海上的浮标周围，或者开到离海岸几百米处的地方去。

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with others of your recent stay at Rayavadee.
We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time with us and you liked the Resort, our unique accommodation, as well as our friendly attentive staff.
Thank you for your constructive feedback on the longtail boats. As all beaches in Thailand are public, we cannot prohibit those who would like to visit from coming. We are in collaboration with the other hotels to come up with a beneficial solution for all parties. Hopefully the next time you visit there will be some changes.

这个度假村是我去过的最棒的度假村之一。这里有三处海滩，非常优秀的工作人员，美丽的自然环境，美味的食物!乘船旅行是游览岛屿的必要方式，要求参加跳岛游，游客比较少。完美的假期。谢谢瑞亚维德度假村的工作人员!!
