第二次拜访bunga raya resort了，很清澈的海，原始的雨林，很私密的海滩，每一处都很让人着迷，度假村有提供免费的浮潜设备，可以看到很多热带鱼～房间很干净很漂亮，夜晚很安静睡的特别好！好久没睡那么好了～还有早餐也很好吃，员工很热情服务特别好！一切都特别满意
唯一觉得需要改进的，就是酒店的绿植维护可以提升，这样就超级完美了！

我和我的伴侣都很喜欢这家度假村，不想离开。度假村很漂亮，海滩很美，房间很好。员工很棒，非常友好，有求必应。很适合浮潜和水上运动。晚上没什么可玩的，但能安静地喝一杯放松一下，我们已经很满意了。

Thank you so much for having taken a bit of your valuable time to post this very nice comment.
We are all delighted to read that you fully relaxed and enjoyed during your last holiday in our Bungaraya Island Resort. It is true that we mainly focus on Nature and Wildlife trying to keep a relaxing and quiet atmosphere within the resort rather than entertaining our guests with artificial and noisy activities.
Our guests usually go bed early and get up when sun rises early in the morning to watch nature waking up or to enjoy an early snorkeling when visibility is the best, giving great opportunities to cross turtles or black fin baby sharks...
We look forward welcoming back for a new adventure in Borneo,

说实话，度假村惟一的缺点就是这里的白蛉！尽管我们用了杀虫剂，但是还是所有人都中招被咬了。只有在餐厅才能用到WIFI，并且还不是那么好。我的孩子会更想待在他们的房间。和姐妹度假村来比的话，这里餐饮的价格会更贵一点，但是看起来有更多的西方食物选择。

Greeting from all of us at Echoresorts.
Thank you for posting this review giving us some feedback on your last visit.
We are sad to read that your stay was downgraded because of sand-flies. Please note that you came during a time when the weather was not the best and usually these little insects get out after raining. Further to your comment we reinforced our fogging that we usually do once a week and we also reinforced the run of beach comber to move up the beach sand not to let the insects grow. Also please note that we do provide all our guests with a complimentary repellent spray so that the risk of getting bitten is minimized. At night during turn down service we also plug in-room a non mosquito socket and we also set a few non mosquito essence on the outdoor terrace. Our main asset being our location within a primary rain forest, we encourage our guests to disconnect and to focus on Nature and wildlife rather than on wifi even if we offer free connection within our outlets. We are glad that this policy helped you to spend more time with your kids. For your next stay please note that small MIFI are available at front desk. These chargeable devices allow our guests to connect from anywhere, including from the room. Our pricing policy is the same in both resorts and our executive chef and food and beverage manager are overlooking at both resort. We make it easy for our guest and we run complimentary scheduled boat going from resort to resort so that whoever get bored with the outlet of one resort, may go and enjoy meal within the other resort, the bill being charged to the room.

经过两周的婆罗洲之旅，这个位于哥打基纳巴卢海岸的岛屿海滩度假村正是我们所需要的。有泳池边的饮料、很棒的水疗、海滩玩具和浮潜。再加上一个很棒的餐厅和欢乐时光酒吧。我们的小屋宽敞，设备齐全。空调房。我们房间就在海滩上，有自己的小凉水池。乘船15分钟就可以返回婆罗洲大陆，10分钟到达机场。结束我们的婆罗洲之旅的好方式。

We are really delighted to read that your relaxing experience at Bungaraya was up to your expectation after your journey to Borneo. Indeed the relaxing atmosphere of our resort is always very much appreciated after a sometime exhausting trip around the country looking after Oran Outan, mini elephant and aligators...Our resorts located within a national park also offers some unexpected wildlife and we are glad that you had time to fully relax enjoying our SPA.

在一趟时间紧凑的美妙热带雨林之旅后，我们在这家酒店住了4晚。这个地方简直就是一个天堂，你会得到一件莎笼和一瓶水，你也会收到经理写给你的一封信，写着的是欢迎我们来到度假村。早上6点的时候我们被屋顶和阳台的猕猴吵醒，他们简直就是闹钟啊，酒店的员工都很友好和乐于助人。我们在水疗部进行了一次很棒的按摩体验。这里的食物也是顶级的。

很美的度假村，位于一个隐秘的岛上，离镇上20分钟，一个远离城市喧嚣的地方。房间里没有WiFi，公共区域有wifi但速度很慢，你也可以因此放下手机感受大自然。酒店有泳池，健身房，还有免费的独木舟，浮潜，不会让你觉得无聊。我们很幸运地看到了犀鸟和猕猴，吃的还可以但不惊艳，价格贵的夸张，大大超过了度假村的标准，总的来说住的还是不错的，要不是价格贵得不合理，可能还会多来几次的。

Greetings from all of us at Echoresorts and thank you for taking some of your time in writing this review.
We are really happy that you enjoyed your stay in our Resort and that you experienced the wildlife. Indeed it is quite common to see Macaques, Hornbills and also Monitor Lizard and Wildboars.
It is true that being located in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine National Park, we encouraged our guests to disconnect from their smartphone and to (re)discover the magnificence of Mother Nature and the rain-forest, with sometime an amazing flora and fauna. with this regards experiencing the canopy walk and/or the zip-line give usually great memories
In the meantime for those really addicted to the Internet, we provide devices that allow to connect from anywhere within the resort...and to stay connected with the world.
In term of F&B we run 2 restaurant, one more international than the other that offers local and Asian food including Dim Sum for lunch. This coming month of May we will also celebrate the Harvest Festival with some performers several times during the week. We also run scheduled boat going to our sister resort Gayana and our guests may enjoy their meals there automatically being charged to their room.
We are not a street venue and we aim to give a quiet atmosphere to our resort totally at the opposite of some other places like Sapi Island enjoying mass tourism. Therefore talking about price, you should make your own choice since indeed you may find cheaper on the market... with a different experience as well!
