I have addressed the express check out invoice and room cleanliness issues with our team, and I assure you we are working diligently to ensure a similar situation does not occur again in the future. The room windows are a special made window which is a very thick double glass, but depending on the direction of the take-offs; you can sometimes still hear the planes, particularly when the flight path is close to the hotel.
