Larry F., I do apologise for you not receiving our notification that we were replacing carpets in the lodge during your stay. As you indicated the carpets were removed, and the baseboards as well, and this was true, as we were able to do one complete hallway a day, from removal to installation. The Project is now completed and we have received many compliments with the new design and colours. I am not sure how we missed alerting you, but regardless, I have shared your sentiments with our team so that we can ensure that all guests are communicated to with any further projects.
