This is not typical for the hotel and I am shocked to hear about how many rooms had an issue as this is not a common occurrence. I will be speaking with our housekeeping manager to follow up with the room attendants appropriately, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thanks for the review. We are incredibly busy during the summer time and sold out most days, which is why we would not have many rooms left that late in the evening. I am very glad we were able to find you a room that better suited your needs.
One of the pools is currently undergoing emergency maintenance, however we do still have an indoor and outdoor pool available for our guest use. These other two pools are only ever out of service temporarily, if at all, for approximately an hour if certain cleaning or maintenance needs to happen.
