每次洗澡时，热水需要20分钟至半小时才到房间，和维修部门确认，有一个让人大跌眼镜的事，当他过来我们房间检查时，会隐藏一个税费，...而且没觉得必须给客房服务人员小费，却隐藏在账单里了，我给了小费，但是却没料想到会自动收取而且都没有通知你，离店后，我要求要账单两次，而且当我通知前台经理助理时，她对我的问题表示道歉。不会再来第二次。

Thank you for leaving us your review and for spending the night with Crowne Plaza Kitchener. We are grateful for your business with us.
We are sorry for the hot water issue and have fixed it, MAT - Muncipality accommodation tax is charged in most cities in Ontario, this is a Govt tax. Room Service have additional service charge for delivery . these are printed on the menu, there are guest who pay tips on top of it.
We may not have gotten off the right foot but I'm positive to make it better for your next stay. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay with us.

在酒店和停车场之间有一条隐蔽的小巷，用来收容一些无家可归的人。我们在这条小巷上面的房间住了两个晚上，两晚都是尖叫和呻吟的声音。

这家皇冠假日酒店是一家舒适、安静、别致的酒店。 房间内有着小型的现代化浴室，但是里面的存储空间是很有限的，水温是不规则的，有时会太热，会让你感到刺痛的，但水压是很大的。 这里的清洁工作是做得很棒的，是很容易到达这家酒店的。 假如你游览该区域，酒店还会为你提供免费的穿梭车服务。 在这边停车是要花钱的，而且是很难找到停车位的，但是一旦你找到了，接下来就很容易了。 这里的餐厅和酒吧是很不错的。 服务员的服务态度是十分周到的，食物也是比预期中的好的。 这里的优秀的酒保是知道如何做出超棒的饮料的！

Thank you for taking time to give us your sincere feedback. We appreciate the kind words given towards our Servers.
We are looking into the water temperature irregularities, thank you for letting us know. Some of our washrooms are smaller in the courtyard side. However please do check with front office and they could give you a room on our tower block.

我和朋友们在这家酒店度过了周末时间。如果你在广场中心参加活动的话，酒店的位置很好。很多年轻人在酒吧里玩得很开心，声音很大，关于这里所有的建议都能看到，还有如何可以到这家酒店。这家汽车旅馆很好，但是肯定没有172美元每晚的酒店好。这里甚至都不包含早餐。虽然这里有停车场，距离酒店还有有些距离的，而且要额外收费。我们能看到的景色就只有小路和停车场的车库。

为了给我情人节/周年纪念日惊喜，丈夫带我在城里听音乐会的同时预定了一间带涡流式按摩浴缸的套房。套房非常宽敞，有一个单独的带壁炉的起居室。洗手间/淋浴间的组合很好，特大号床和按摩浴缸也很可爱。房间有很多窗户，阳光洒满各个角落，服务也很好。如果在千瓦地区游玩，我们强烈推荐这家酒店。

酒店本身就很好，但需要一些维护。我的问题是我发现我的火车晚点了两个小时，会错过在多伦多的转机。当我问前台怎么去多伦多的联合车站最好时，她的回答是我可以坐出租车或航线交通。后者只能去机场。然后她坐回到她的电脑上，偶尔瞥一眼看看我为什么还没走。她从来没有主动给我叫过出租车，也没有费心告诉我4个街区外的公共汽车服务。附近一家商场的保安为我提出了建议。如果你要去服务行业工作，记住你在那里是为了让你的客户开心，而不是对别人的打扰表现得很生气
