奇妙的地方

靠近吉尔福德购物中心，非常棒的酒店适合去居住。公寓的消防场所和阳台令人惊叹。宽敞而现代的浪漫装饰风格称得上一个完美的地方，并且它被视为和我上一次在其他地方住过的酒店一样令人惊叹。

住宿的好地方。

第一次来到这家酒店，感到惊喜。套房有独立的卧室、厨房和起居室。大厅里的咖啡和松饼直到上午九点。到达那里和停车有点不一样，起居室里的空调单元没有给卧室里睡眠时降温。床很舒适，套房也很适合举行会议。肯定会再来这里。

I am so sorry to hear that the AC unit did not cool down the bedroom you stayed at. During the hot summer month, it takes a little while to cool down the entire unit. 工作人员非常好客——很好居住的地方

感谢我们侄子为他婚礼所做的安排，我们有幸订了国王套房的两晚，选择这个酒店是因为它距离婚礼地点10-12分钟的车程，而且许多其他家庭成员也住在这。入住时，我们发现厨房柜台和浴室需要一些清理。打了快速呼叫后，酒店员工5-10分钟内就来了，解决了问题。这个套房里的东西应有尽有，我必须要说我们在这的住房体验很棒。我推荐你们来这而且我自己一定也要再来住。

作为根据地的好地方

我们去萨里度假。这里是居住的好地方。靠近一切。舒适。这里的厨房为我们省了不少钱。卧室对奶奶来说很棒，对我和我的小孩来说出去也很便利。

值得四星，但是

看广告里说套房里有洗衣机和烘干机，但是烘干机根本没用，衣服都洗好了却没法烘干，很不方便……早上7点前都没有人可以联系，前台服务员一直叫我们重启，但是没什么用。

Thank you so much for choosing the Sandman Suites Surrey-Guildford. I am very sorry to hear that our in room dryer had problem at your past stay. My sincere apology that our front desk clerk did not offer you another option to dry your wet clothes or even provide a option to change you room. Our team always strive to deliver a room without issue, I will work with our maintenance manager to conduct preventive maintenance to make sure for all appliances in the room are in working order. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
