Room 511 is one of the crown jewels and if you add a good service in both the bar and reception on top of being blessed by the weather, the only thing left is knowing about these few touches. I would be grateful if you would let me know, in order to be ready for your next visit.

预订了几天来作为休闲时间,酒店很破旧,需要一点TLC,因为所有的门都缺少铰链,所以第一天晚上睡不着觉,而当关门的时候,因为电梯走廊通往我们浴室的大门在我们的浴室后面,他们把我们搬到了第二个房间。他们都在阳台上做广告,里面都是脏兮兮的残留物,第二个房间有一个被困的海鸥,里面有人喂过残留的的食物,他们确实派人去放了它,但是房间没有拍照,非常失望。

第一印象很差。办理入住很慢,我们订了一间二楼的大床房,但房间潮湿,还有霉味,床很舒适,浴室很好但我们下4点回到房间的时候,却发现没有做过卫生。当我打电话给前台,他们说他们很忙,找借口不能雇用更多的人。在4月10号,有个年轻人几乎不会讲英语,他来房间就把羽绒被和冲厕所用过的毛巾拿走了。我叫他回来,他说没有茶或牛奶,他好像无法理解他洗过的杯子上面仍然有残留的奶茶。当他离开后,我们意识到我们没有毛巾。很差的服务。不会再来这里居住了。

这个地方不值得一去。非常老旧,服务员还不是很好,没有供应茶和咖啡。2人住了两晚只有一个茶包,没有牛奶。饼干是裂开的。有污渍和以前的客人的手印,貌似从来没有清洗过。我的车停了回来,上面覆盖着自动喷水灭火系统的锈渍。要做很多艰苦的工作来清洁它。早餐是每人每天15英镑。不会再呆在这里,建议你也不要。

这个地方拥有你所能期待的假日酒店的一切。家庭房大小非常合适,透过窗户可以看到大海!早餐是我在假日酒店吃到过的最好的,自助区拥有所有常见的食物,但同时你也可以按你的口味选择鸡蛋的做法.这很棒,因为我喜欢半生的水煮蛋。员工十分友好,特别是服务早餐的Jose。唯一不好的一点是停车,酒店地下有一些停车位,但是十分不够。我们很幸运的找到了一个车位,在此期间我们一直没有把车开出去。但是当我们离开酒店的时候看到仍然有人在等待车位。
