去利物浦玩一日，选择了这间酒店，位置十分方便，算是市中心。房间偏少，幸好我们只有背包，如果有带行李的就放不下吧。。另多花洒不是太稳定，时热时冷。不过这裹的员工十分友善。以这个价钱十分满意了。

Thank you for taking time to review your stay with us. We do appreciate all feedback here at Z Liverpool.
I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our ethos at Z is 'compact luxury' so while our rooms are not the largest we do fill them little extras such as the full Sky TV package, the power shower, our custom made beds crafted specially for us in Devon and of course our complimentary cheese and wine evenings.
Our concept is not for everyone, but we do offer a variety of different room-types. For example, our Superior Queen is our largest and has a beautiful panoramic view of the city centre. If you are ever to stay with us again perhaps a different room type would suit your taste more. Again, I would like to thank you for your time and honest feedback.

位处中心的好酒店，这是我们第一次住Z酒店，我们订的房间没有窗户，房间很小，不过我们预订的时候就知道，不过我们不介意，因为我们不会长时间呆在房间里。房间里的设施很好，整洁无瑕。所有的员工都很乐于帮助、友好。下午五点之后酒店会供应免费的芝士、饼干和酒水。非常超值，下次还会选择Z酒店。

地理位置优越，方便去餐厅、商店、卡文街区（cavern quarter）以及景点观光。员工友善，就双人间而言，房间偏小，但很干净。早餐需要另外付费，值得花费7.5英镑享用（如果你提前预定的话）。酒店晚上五到八点，提供免费的芝士和葡萄酒——这一举措很不错。我们将来肯定还会入住这里。

这是我们第二次住在这里，双人房一晚50英镑，住在这里比坐计程车回家要便宜！这里物有所值，房间有窗户，第一次住的是没有窗户的房间，这次感觉要好些。房间非常干净，设备齐全。喜欢磨砂的浴室，绝对使得房间感觉更大了。到达的时候给我们提供了芝士和葡萄酒，都看起来很棒，但是我们要赶去预定的地方，所以不能品尝了。我们的住宿不包括早餐，但是看起来足够好，我们退房的时候用餐区人很多。如果你想找个物有所值的酒店短暂住宿下，我绝对推荐这里。我们也一定会再来的。

Thank you for taking the time to review your "excellent value" stay with us here at Z Hotel Liverpool!
I'm pleased to hear that you found a night at Z to be "cheaper than it is to get a cab home," as we do pride ourselves on providing "compact luxury" at an affordable price, with rooms starting from £35. I'm delighted that you recognised this "good value for money,".
Our housekeeping team are a real asset to the hotel, so I'm happy to hear that you found the room to be "very clean". It's a shame that you were unable to attend our complimentary Cheese and Wine service, which is served between 5pm and 8pm each evening, or our popular continental buffet breakfast, but hopefully you can enjoy both during your next stay with us, as I notice that you say you will "definitely be returning,"!

我们在最后一刻才在这里预订了只住一晚的房间。酒店的位置吸引了我们，停车场很便宜，24小时只收8英镑，而其他酒店提供的停车场价格要贵得多。我们订了最便宜的一间没有窗户的房间，因为我们只在这里过夜，这一晚住得很好!房间虽小但存储空间很大，而且不觉得拥挤。房间很干净，侧桌上提供了有一瓶水。感谢这一晚愉快的体验!

Thank you very much for taking the time to review your "lovely" stay with us! Our location really is at the heart of the wonderful city of Liverpool, and I'm pleased that you enjoyed our unbeatable location.
We are very proud to be able to offer a heavily discounted rate of just £8 per 24 hours for the NCP Moorfields Car Park, and I'm glad that you were able to make use of this.
I'm pleased that you were happy with your Inside Double (No Window) room, and that you enjoyed the "compact luxury" design. However, we do also offer a variety of larger rooms, with jaw-dropping views of the city. You can find the details of the rooms on thezhotels.com
