Whilst we are pleased to hear you enjoyed our hotel building and the service provided to you by our members or staff, I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with your room. I would like to kindly inform you that due to the structure of the building some of our rooms face the station wall or roof and though some of our guests appreciate the quietness of these rooms, we do understand that they may not be suitable for every guest.
We would also like to thank you for your honest feedback in regards to the breakfast in our restaurant, which has been shared with the Restaurant Management team.
We do very much hope that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back to us in the future whenever your travels bring you back to London.
