I am sorry to read that you found the ticket price expensive. We have between 290 and 310 wax figures on display as well as our Alien: Escape, Kong: Skull Island, Sherlock Holmes experience with live actors, Spirit of London ride, Marvel Superheroes 4D and our Star Wars experience with 11 immersive scenes. We hope this is reflected in the ticket price; however we do offer discounted tickets when booking from our website to ensure we cater for a range of budgets.
During our peak periods we can attract a large volume of guests due to our unique experience and sheer popularity! We have a strict capacity management system in place where we will ensure that we do not become overcrowded and I am sorry that you were left feeling that way.
We are pleased to read that you still enjoyed many aspects of your visit, including our Spirit of London ride and Marvel 4D experience!

We are sorry to hear that your visit did not impress you. We have between 290 and 310 wax figures on display as well as our Sherlock Holmes interactive experience, Spirit of London ride taking guests through 400 years of London history, Marvel Superheroes zone including a 4D movie and our Star Wars experience with 11 immersive scenes. With each wax figure taking 3 months to make, we do hope the attention to detail on display will wow our guests. I am sorry to hear that this was not the case when you visited us.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time with us here at Madame Tussauds London. We aim to provide a huge variety of exhibits and interactive experiences to entertain our guests for roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours (some guests even spend over 3 hours with us!) so we are disappointed to hear that you felt there was a lack of things for you to enjoy. We are sorry that you feel that your experience was not worthwhile - however, we would like to state that our standard tickets are £35 not £40, and that tickets can often be purchased cheaper on our website if booked in advance, as we aim to provide experiences for a variety of budgets.
