There are no better words on arrival than, "You have been upgraded", and we are delighted we were able to do so for you, and that you enjoyed staying in our beautifully-appointed Executive King Room that comes equipped with free-fast-unlimited wifi, high definition Samsung Smart TVs, Nespresso Coffee Machines, double glazing, rainfall showers and custom made Hypnos mattresses for a great night’s sleep.

And you are absolutely right; the location of the hotel is ideal for the leisure traveler, with many of the city's most iconic sights just a short walk away, over thirty theaters and opera houses within a mile radius, as well as international shopping and restaurants in the locality.

We were disappointed to learn that the faulty air conditioning unit in your room disturbed your sleep and we failed to meet your expectations.This has been investigated by our Maintenance Team to understand what happened and ensure that the issue is rectified going forward.
Please know that all our bedrooms equipped with Air Conditioning Units that ensures a high level of comfort with full individual control, with both heating and cooling modes.
We aim to provide the highest quality service and whilst we understand this was not as expected we will look at ways to improve and ensure this is provided.
