升级后的房间非常豪华，我们住在里面轻松悠闲。浴室棒极了，储物的空间十分充足。没有一点儿不满意的地方。

Thank you for choosing to stay here at Thistle Holborn-The Kingsley for your recent visit to London.

There are no better words on arrival than, "You have been upgraded", and we are delighted we were able to do so for you, and that you enjoyed staying in our beautifully-appointed Executive King Room that comes equipped with free-fast-unlimited wifi, high definition Samsung Smart TVs, Nespresso Coffee Machines, double glazing, rainfall showers and custom made Hypnos mattresses for a great night’s sleep.

It's wonderful to receive such a good feedback and we are thrilled to hear that everything met your expectations.

Your comments and kind recommendation are greatly appreciated! It has been a pleasure to welcome you and we very much look forward to you visiting again soon.

很棒的位置

酒店房间急需翻新。我们的窗外只有一堵墙，看不到任何风景，不过对于伦敦市中心这个价格的酒店，的确不能要求太高。空调声音很大，发出像电话一样令人讨厌的响声。但床很舒服，房间很干净。酒店地理位置优越，可轻松步行到牛津街购物，或者去剧院。工作人员友好和乐于助人。

First of all I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for taking the time to post your comments following your stay with us at Thistle Holborn-The Kingsley. We welcome all guest feedback as it enables us to continually strive for service excellence in order to improve and maintain our high standards.

I was most disappointed to learn your stay with us did not meet your expectations thus marring your impression of the hotel. Please do rest assured your comments have since been shared with Management Team accordingly to ensure follow up is carried out on all your highlighted points.

I would like to extend my sincere apologies for the inconveniences you unfortunately experienced in your room however It is a pity that you didn’t feel comfortable enough to share your concerns with us while staying at the hotel as I believe that we would have found solutions to these.

美丽、中央的地方

这家酒店位于完美的地点，可以步行，乘公共汽车或观光旅游。酒店是个不错的中档酒店，有一家不错的餐厅(早餐当然不错)，没有礼宾部，但是房间很舒服。这13个房间里没有一间是看不到风景的，但我们的目的并不是往窗外看。工作人员都很友好(但无法向我们出售我们想要的旅游门票)。

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed all aspects of your stay and that our central location was a particular highlight for you. And you are absolutely right; the location of the hotel is ideal for the leisure traveler, with many of the city's most iconic sights just a short walk away, over thirty theaters and opera houses within a mile radius, as well as international shopping and restaurants in the locality.

价格过高而且相当老旧

我因为出差的原因在这家酒店里住了一晚。这座大楼需要更新，房间里的家具又旧又脏。空调有噪音而且是中央空调，所以没有机会在夜间关闭，以提高睡眠的舒适性。价格相当高，与中心位置一致，但与提供的标准不匹配。我不推荐它。

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your recent stay here at Thistle Holborn Hotel, we welcome all feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve our training and service standards and facilities.

We were disappointed to learn that the faulty air conditioning unit in your room disturbed your sleep and we failed to meet your expectations.This has been investigated by our Maintenance Team to understand what happened and ensure that the issue is rectified going forward.

Please know that all our bedrooms equipped with Air Conditioning Units that ensures a high level of comfort with full individual control, with both heating and cooling modes.

We aim to provide the highest quality service and whilst we understand this was not as expected we will look at ways to improve and ensure this is provided.

I'm sorry, your stay was not as enjoyable as it should have been. Once again, thank you very much for sharing this valuable feedback with us.

太棒了太棒了！

老实说，我觉得这家酒店都很棒，我们升级到了一个非常棒的套房，因为那天是我的伴侣生日，房间里有蛋糕和气球等着，真是太可爱了。办理入住手续非常顺利、简单，地理位置很好。早餐真的很棒，选择很多，都很好吃，工作人员都很出色，我对他们评价很高。员工非常努力工作，感谢你们让我有了精彩的入住。

合理的！！

酒店交通便利，距离大英博物馆和霍尔本站仅有几个街区，巴士站就位于酒店门前。酒店本身有点旧，进入一些房间的时候，不可避免的必须要爬一些楼梯。所以如果你带了不少的行李箱，你可能会觉得不太方便。
