我们住在7层，通过伦敦第一家电梯1889年的红梯到达，和当年卓别林同层哦！据说他的718还保持了当时的布局。
我们也去了通过绿梯到达的游泳池，小朋友度过了非常开心的上午。
早餐是我在伦敦吃过最好的，餐厅挂满了名人画像。晚餐我们也有在酒店著名得不能再著名的餐厅体验。
酒店的传奇故事让舒适的入住更变成了文化之旅。太喜欢！

Please know that the service charge you mention is completely discretionary. It is there should a guest wish to acknowledge the services of the teams behind the scenes, such as housekeeping, for example.

我每年都会在萨沃伊酒店大概住4-5次…每次我入住的时候，我都会被这里优质的服务水平惊呆了。我在今年预订了包含早餐的房间，我在Thames Foyer餐馆享用了早餐，这里也会提供送到房间的早餐。物超所值。送餐服务总是及时到达，员工们面带微笑。我们在卡斯帕尔斯餐馆吃了两顿美餐，还多次去了美式酒吧，一切都很完美。这次我订了一间豪华的房间，享受免费升级到河景房。感谢酒店一直热情地欢迎我回来。我等不及要回来了。特别感谢安托瓦内特先生，他跟我们进行了出色的沟通，感谢菲利普·巴恩斯的“欢迎回家”。每次来这里都有回家的感觉!

那天由于工作，我回这个酒店住了几个月，再次回到这感觉就像回到了一个另一个家。酒店有种奢华的感觉，但是还看起来很温馨舒适。这里最大的革新（相比十年前）就是尊重了传统风格。美式酒馆就是这种传统风格的一个例子，只要看看墙，就知道谁在你之前曾在那喝过酒。酒店把这个酒馆对外开放。期待有一天能再回来这里。

我们带着我们的小孩，还有孙子孙女们，一共11个人，一起在这家酒店庆祝我们的金婚纪念日。这里的员工非常乐于帮忙，也很友好。他们满足了我们的全部要求，三明治、蛋糕都很新鲜，而且分量很足。提供的茶水也味道很不错。香槟也很棒。是一个完美的下午。
