我在这里为我妈妈举办生日下午茶宴会,这是一个喝下午茶的好去处,烤饼很新鲜,三明治种类很多,我喜欢这次经历,妈妈也非常高兴。感谢店家的款待。

七月份来这里参加一场音乐会,酒店很棒。强烈推荐给所有人!酒店处于优越的中心位置,非常靠近一切事物,附近有很多不错的餐厅和酒吧。酒店酒吧也很迷人。虽然我们没有在酒店吃早餐和晚餐,但餐厅看起来很棒,真希望我们在里面吃过!以后肯定还会再来这家酒店。

我和朋友们在布雷克摩尔酒店住了两晚,因为这里是我们参观的伦敦市的中心。这家酒店坐落在远离繁忙街道的一个漂亮区域,所以噪音很小。工作人员非常乐于助人,提供了很好的服务。房间很漂亮,有所有该有的设施。WiFi很难用,效果不佳。当我走出门外的时候,WiFi才能使用。因此就形成一个有趣的现象:想要用wifi就得到屋外去。但这也确保了我们将时间用在探索这个城市上,而不是在酒店里连着wifi玩手机。显然,我忘了给房间拍照。

这次的居住体验很复杂。先说优点,酒店的地理位置很优越,毗邻公园、购物中心,并且步行5分钟就能去到西区和地铁站。酒店很干净,酒店的客房服务很早,所以我们下午回来和晚上出去时不会受到打扰。酒店提供的早餐很不错,而且还包括欧式早餐,但地下室的用餐区面积相当紧凑。尽管酒店最近进行了翻新,但它仍然相当陈旧。我们住在了一间套房内,但只能看到邻近的屋顶——就是这样,而且墙壁上有裂、淋浴喷头不能正常工作,卫生间需要完全关闭才能冲水。这家酒店就其整体来看可能被高估了。

我在这家酒店住了好几天。酒店除了有点冷以外,其他的服务都还可以。酒店的房间里有一些烦人的东西。比如厕所,如果你不彻底关掉它的话就不能冲水。房间里的桌子很脏,而且你也很难关上它。此外你也无法通过电话,接待人员或任何协助人员与外面的人联系,你必须自己来到楼下,而且令人沮丧的是因为电梯只有一部。最无语的是我们深夜来到了酒店,酒店的房间没有提供服务,他们解释说是因为我们放了“请勿打扰”的标志,但我们并没有放,是机器人放的电子标志。最后当我下楼要求提供毛巾和杯子时,他们又说我应该自带这些东西。不过酒店的早餐很好吃,床也很舒服。

我们预订了四天带互联网和早餐的房间。互联网只有2天可以用,酒店有英式和欧式两种早餐供应,因为我习惯吃鸡蛋(早餐中没有),所以要额外付钱...如果这件事不是真的发生了,我会觉得这种事很好笑,绝对不会再来这里了。
