I was sorry to hear that you did not appreciate the prices of our food. Most of our guests find £20 for Steak/Lobster with unlimited fries and salad is reasonable for London.

我过去曾在这里住过几次,决定住在这里是因为周二早上的火车是五点半的。首先,这里有些不错的交通转乘连接。这里距伦敦尤斯顿火车站(London Euston Railway Station)仅有仅有5-10分钟的步行路程,还直接挨着沃伦街地铁站(Warren Street tube station),这样这里能轻松地在伦敦各地旅行,搭乘早班火车,或是经过漫长的旅程后休息一下。 我住在一间高级房,那里很宽敞,需要的一切都有。这里提供了一些便利设施(包括浴袍,熨斗和保险箱),质量都很好,床也很舒适(即使床单看起来只是标准水平)。 房间的椅子很舒服,但是很明显的老旧了,可能需要重新遮盖一下,看起来有点碍眼。 我还要质疑房间里用的百叶窗,似乎有点不合适这里。 酒店的其余部分都很干净。 电梯大堂和前台特别好看。我没有在Steak Lobster餐厅吃正餐,但是我点的薯条确实很不错,而且半品脱的佩洛尼啤酒价格比其他类似的酒店要好。 我唯一真正不满意的地方是在离店的时候(有部分是我的错)。 尽管我的房间下有抵押可以用在食物和饮料等等上面。但是我忘记上面提到的薯条和啤酒的服务费没有计算在账户里面。因此,产生了0.74英镑的费用。 尽管房间已经在办理入住手续时付过款,但是那天晚上我的卡有问题,所以在那时候无法使用。 由于需要赶早上五点半的火车,前台的年轻人允许我留下5英镑来支付这笔钱(没有找零,因为他们没有现金,但我猜测/希望其余的找零支付小费)。 最后,总的来说这是一个很好的住宿体验。 工作人员令人非常愉快,我的整体体验感也十分不错。 如果陈旧的家具和房间再整洁一点点,那可能会更好吧。

酒店位置很好。步行几分钟就有两三个地铁站。接待人员和接待服务也非常的热情友好。然而,我的房间非常的小,马桶在洗脸盆和淋浴之间,去厕所需要挤着过去很费劲。用马桶的时候(作为一个男士)我必须跨在上面而不是站在马桶前方,否则的话,洗脸盆就要碍事了。同样的,如果我坐在马桶上,我的头就会顶到洗脸盆。我点了汉堡作为主食,奶酪作为甜点。这个汉堡应该是在相当长一段时间里我吃过的最干的东西。毫无乐趣可言。干燥让汉堡培根以及奶酪失去了所有的味道。如果不是亲眼所见,我是不会相信这里放的是培根和奶酪(我刚刚觉得这应该是辣椒蛋黄酱)。奶油面包也是干的/不新鲜。奶酪的体验和我的浴室经历完全相反,它大的可笑。大约有150g的奶酪,10块饼干,还有一些湿乎乎的叶子和软软的腌核桃。无论怎么样都毫无乐趣。加油吧雷迪森,你可以做的更好的(我入住过一些你们位于斯堪的纳维亚的酒店)。我知道你们会回复说:“我们很高兴您认可我们热情友好的接待服务,但是对于您不愉快的用餐体验我们非常抱歉,请联系我们。”然而,阅读评论的人会意识到,最重要的是客人的体验。不仅仅是我有一个糟糕的体验。好像一直以来都是这样的,但是酒店的回复会尝试让这一切看起来是个特例。如果你想在W1入住一个中低端价位的酒店,而且你并不介意房间狭小(我觉得小),并且你打算外出就餐,那么你可以考虑住在这里如果你能拿到一个便宜的价格。

I appreciate your feedback in regards to the room as well as your room service order. I am sorry to see you found your room to be small and your food not enjoyable. Please note that we do have rooms available, such as Standard Double or Premium room, which would have been more spacious. I will pass on your feedback in regards to the hamburger and cheese platter which you had ordered to the head chef, so that he can prevent this from happening in the future.
I do hope we'll be able to welcome you back to the Grafton hotel in the future, so that we may allocate you with a different room and a better experience.

I am very sorry to see that you found your room to be basic and outdated. If mentioned to us after your check-in, we would have been happy to try and find a different room in which you could have felt more comfortable. I do apologize as well for the way you were spoken to by our bar staff. We always strive to provide the best service possible and I apologize that this was not the case on this occasion.
I do hope you will consider returning to the Grafton hotel in the future, so that we may provide you with a better experience.
