因班机提早降落而到达饭店,大厅接待员Giovanni非常亲切的替我们准备房间,让我们12点即可入住。房间虽然很小,但很干净。浴室也经过整修且淋浴的水柱很强,非常舒服。希尔顿会员附赠的早餐在G楼的Aubaine餐厅,选项有限但服务员十分亲切。

房间很小,员工态度冷淡,很明显对工作不满意(除了一小部分员工),设施很糟糕(吹风机坏了,没有健身房、牙刷等等)。位置很棒,但如果你订的是希尔顿酒店的话,你期待的就是希尔顿酒店的标准,这更像是一家逸林酒店。客房员工也无视请勿打扰的标志,即使挂在门上他们也敲了两次门。客房服务非常糟糕,送的餐食调料都没有,性价比太低。

I was saddened to read that the room was not up to the standard that you have come to expect from Hilton. At the Hilton London Hyde Park, we are proud to serve in a historical Grade II listed Edwardian Townhouse. This unique building allows us to offer rooms in all shapes and sizes, which is not only the reason for us to offer different room categories, but also gives each room its own outlet and design.
I am surprised to learn about the feedback related to our staff as it is often recognized to being friendly and helpful. I will address your feedback to our Front Office Manager for consideration.
In order to give an outstanding dining experiences to our guests, we are working closely together with the outsourced Aubaine restaurant. Rest assured that I have pass your comment about the room service to the Restaurant Manager for follow up.
At the same way, I have forwarded your note about Housekeeping to their department in order to ensure that the staff is always fully-trained and aware about the do not disturb procedures. Please accept my apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
Should you have any additional information regarding the service you received, please feel free to contact us directly as your comments would be greatly appreciated as they do help us maintain the high standards that we strive to achieve.

我们住了5个晚上,非常满意。我们预定了一间豪华的房间,最初我们被分配到的房间非常小,房间摆设很奇怪。老实说,除了床上,我们在任何地方都无法打开我们的大手提箱。过了两个晚上,我们问了有没有其他房间。我们的前台服务桑德拉,是那么的善良和乐于助人,第二天早上就把我们的行李转移了,当晚我们结束了一天的旅行回来时,她为我们安排了一个更舒适的房间。桑德拉总是友好地为我们提供帮助,为我们在城市中导航以及餐馆建议,基本上总是带着微笑给我们提供我们需要的任何东西,她太棒了。房间打扫的一丝不苟地,毛巾叠的很好,而且非常舒适。很神奇的是,我们从来没有看到或听到清洁人员。早餐不是特别好,虽然有一些很好的选择,他们也愿意准备任何人想要吃的,但是我们也不是很关心食物。金钟道地铁站距离前门仅几步之遥,肯辛顿花园就在街对面,位置非常便利。我们参加了诺丁山自行车之旅,和我们的导游Ola一起度过了最美好的早晨。我们主要骑行经过附近的公园,最棒的是,起点就在酒店的前门外!

优越的地理位置,位于海德公园对面的优越位置,在地铁拐角处。如果能有一台现场自动售货机就好了,但不是什么大不了的事。工作人员非常好,乐于助人。我提前3个小时到达办理入住并要求寄存我的行李,被告知他们已有一个房间可供我使用。谢谢!!

我和妻子前往伦敦短暂度假,去看金属乐队演出。房间很好,床也很干净,有点硬,但总的来说很好。员工非常友好,非常乐于助人。早餐还不错,有一些常见的东西,煎蛋卷也不错。位置是公园前面最好的部分,周围有餐厅和咖啡馆也很棒。

前台服务员Fiona热情地欢迎了我们,我们的任何需求对于她来说都一点儿也不麻烦。我们入住之后,她又打电话到我们房间确认是否一切都符合我们需求。房间干净而整洁,配有茶和咖啡,空调不怎么吵,而且很容易调节。早餐很棒,食物品种丰富。酒店很容易找,距离地铁站也近,去周边的地方很方便。酒店对面就是海德公园,我的房间面向公园,这是额外的福利。希尔顿,你们是好样的,你们的这一家酒店管理得很不错,前台服务员都是一流的。
